Only ordered through uber before, but their food is dang smacking good

Decide to take my daughter to the movies and grab something to eat .. we chose Chili’s., we been here in the pass and the food had been good.. But tonight was a different story., I order the salmon rice and broccoli.. the salmon was dry .. the rice was hard and the broccoli was ard … it was horrible..! The food came out in less than 5 minutes..! I can tell it was already cooked and placed to the side.. absolutely disgusting..! Never again.. you would think with so many places to choose from in white march they would serve good food.. Never again..!

I just have to say our server, Caiden, was amazing. A great personality!! He was on point when we needed something and always checked to make sure my sister and I was ok. He went above and beyond by helping my sister save some money on what she was ordering!! Its because of employees like Caiden
that would keep me coming back.

Went specifically for the Wicked margaritas. Kinda disappointed that what we got looked NOTHING like the advertisements. They didn't even have the little stirrers for the drinks. SUPER busy for a Thursday night, but lucky we got seats at the bar. The high tables are considered tables and not open seating like the bar.
They only have American, Swiss, and cheddar cheese. My friend and I both wanted provolone, but we lived. Hoping that we can do the Wicked margaritas again

Our meal was absolutely wonderful. My partner and I came in on a Friday for food and drinks. I had expected a long wait for a table, since there was an event going on nearby. Even though the place was busy, we were seated extremely fast. Way quicker than I ever expected. We had two waitresses, one of them was in training. Both were so amazingly kind. The waitress in training was clearly very eager to learn, and made sure she got our orders right with both us and her trainer… All while being extremely friendly. Her trainer was also so nice, giving her pointers and answering her questions in a very polite manner. Our food and drinks both arrived very quickly, and tasted amazing! Our waitresses frequently checked on us and asked if we needed anything very kindly. It was my first time at this location and this visit ensured I would come back. Absolutely wonderful!

The food was amazing and the food runner was great, but my server, Carlos, completely ruined the experience. He was rushing me the whole time, told me to hurry up and order my dessert, and even told me to leave when I wasn’t finished Super unprofessional definitely not the kind of service you expect when the food is good

I work at Nike next door and today I ordered a pickup for lunch. I get there and I’m waiting for 30 mins. When I finally get some help I’m told that my order was already picked up. I tell them how? I’ve been here the whole time this isn’t a DoorDash delivery it’s just a pickup order. Instead of apologizing and saying sorry for the mistake we’ll have it right out for you I’m told there is nothing they can do and I have to reach out to door dash. At this point I’ve missed my whole lunch and I have no options left. I reach out to door dash and they tell me because the order still shows in progress if I cancel the order I will get zero dollars back and to reach out to chilis directly. I go back into chilis and show them the message and ask if they can change it from in progress so I can get a refund and you know what Kristen does? She talks down to me telling me it’s DoorDash not them and she can take my email and reach out to corporate. I’m sorry but the fact you have her in charge of to go orders when she treats people like that is mind blowing. This is a quick fix. Instead I’m out $23 dollars with no lunch and made to feel really dumb because instead of treating me like a human being Kristen thought it would be better to talk down to me and take my email which does absolutely nothing. Highly doubt I will hear from corporate but will make sure none of us go to chilis anymore for lunch. Beyond flabbergasted at how Kristen chose to handle the situation. Still did not apologize one time. Now I have to go to my bank to dispute this. Just crazy when we at Nike support this place almost daily.
