I have been a customer of this establishment for many years now and today the cashier had told me that I was not welcomed after he misheard and mixed up my order and put me at fault. I was never treated like this before, and kind of disappointed how this one simple misunderstanding was handled.
Food is good but give me bad service and I'm done. Ordered chicken wings and a shrimp egg roll. I noticed he didn't drop my chicken, he sat down and got on his cell phone watching a game or something. Apparently a woman ordered wings that were already sitting there and just in case she didn't come back, he was gonna give me her wings. As soon as she walks in about 8 mins later, he throws her wings back in the grease to heat them up and then throws the fresh ones...
The food is good. I am upset that they no longer offer vegetable egg rolls : they only have vegetable spring rolls. They only have shrimp or pork egg rolls . Not sure why they would believe everyone like either pork or shrimp [I don't eat pork and I do not like shrimp] spring rolls are not as good as egg rolls.
