There seems to be an issue when asking for light sauce, no sauce, different sauce. Since having to make health adjustments my order experience has changed from 4.7 to 2.0. Incomplete and incorrect order(s) zero effort making right. And count your change back on cash payments

Some of the worst General Tso's I've ever had. They're basically fried chunks of chicken fat with a tiny piece of overcooked jerky-like chicken. I cannot stand when establishments are cheap or careless with their quality of meat. My broccoli tastes fishy? I didn't order any fish. Fried rice was decent.

Ordered shrimp fried rice with wings. Order came with no shrimp in the rice. Chicken had pink/red tint on meat and bones. Will reconsider before ordering again

Be careful with this place. When you order online they charge you for it and then don’t want to deliver. They’re are thief’s, make sure you check your bank statements.

I just try to order from here i order a few times a week it's not a lot of money or anything but the dude that just took my order try to say Fried Rice is $2 more what the hell So I canceled my order It's not like you're working harder to fry rice than Regular rice It only takes one time for me to say I'm done when it comes to ordering food It's bad enough I spen a 100 plus a week older and food because I don't like to just cook for myself And I just actually ordered from this place last night I guess the prices for rice is the same prices of chicken sky highYou know like hot wings

I usually order from here when we order Chinese. I have never been disappointed but today I am very disappointed. I spent $70 and one of the combination platters I got was beef and broccoli. The beef was very soggy and didn't look like beef at all, it was also pink when I bit into it. It was so rubbery soggy gross-looking that I couldn't eat it. I called to make them aware because I just dropped $70 on dinner from there and the lady who answered told me it's because it is the kind of beef that they use it's a good beef and they don't overcook it because it will make it rubbery. But it was rubbery and gross that I couldn't even eat it. I have never had beef and broccoli where the beef was like that. I'm actually disgusted thinking about it. On the phone after I explained this and she gave me the explanation that was just the resolution to the problem I guess and I pretty much got hung up on. A few minutes after that I got a phone call back and it was the lady I spoke to she said she spoke to the manager and they are giving me a credit for next time. I'm not sure how they're going to know next time because they didn't take my name or anything. I'm just very disappointed this evening with my order! Lesson learned I will never order that again from there I'm not even sure if I will order from there ever again.
This is the only place I will order Chinese food from. Although when ordering it's sometimes hard to understand the person taking your order their food is absolutely delicious.

My go to chinese place closed years ago and ive tried a gazillion other places in Baltimore and they never compared to the old spot. But I finally found China East and its so good with good quality ingredients. Ive ordered 3 times now and the food was consistent each time. The sauce for General tsos is so flavorful and delicious. Shrimp egg Foo Young...delicious. The crab rangoons have a little sweetness, as they should. Not sure why so many places have bland rangoons. The egg rolls are yummy too. This will be my go-to chinese place from now on. So glad i finally found good chinese!
The food was really good here and was my go to for Chinese food but the last 2 times the food has been horrible. The ragoons have changed, they now are extremely wet on the inside, the filling literally runs out from being so watered down from poor product. I bought 2 large orders yesterday, everyone took a bite and tossed the rest. The shrimp egg foo young was super greasy, house lo mein full of fat, and nasty parts of the meats, and shells from the undercooked shrimp. 50 dollars worth of garbage. Buyer should have a taste for grease
