No steak, no white rice, no sour cream, cups laying out on the counter, area trashy. Steak was just put on the grill when a crowd came in. Everytime I come here it's more disappointing . I won't be back.

The staff was rude. I had noticed the chicken was low and I had asked if they got get some some he said 5-10 minutes. I notice he goes to the back where they prepared the online orders and get chicken from there. Instead, of saying sir I got some from the back, he take three other customer order. One got steak and two got chicken. Finally, I notice he struggles his shoulders and with a smirk. This completely unfair that no one holds this staff accountable. This happened ON Feb 15 at 3:00 PM and I left at 3:10 PM. Please go back and watch the cameras.

This was by far the worst experience in my 25 years of going to any chipotle in the country. Highly Under Staffed, and very nonchalant towards the customers standing in line waiting to make there order. When finally confronted by a employee he was very “Non Caring” attitude like we were bothering him about doing his job, also i asked for a burrito and he automatically grabbed the bowl container and started pouring Brown rice in it when i didn’t ask for that and also gave the beyond smallest portions of food, also the chicken was clearly not cooked after i noticed he put what was half a spoon full in the bowl (look at pics for example of uncooked chicken) . There wasn’t any signs stating they had NO ( Fajitas, Lettuce, Hot salsa, or even tortillas) then when he was done putting the order atrociously together it sat there for like 5 minutes as literally (4) employees worked by the takeout side walked by and didn’t even acknowledge me and one other customer waiting to just check out. No offense the establishment has been like this for awhile for a lack of caring and seems to be run by a group of teenagers. Not sure who the manager is but Corporate desperately needs to get in there and FIX THIS. It’s just sad and not at all a good look for the company especially with it not even being a old location. This is the 3rd time in the last month and half it’s been like this but this was the worst and the place is disgustingly trashy and not at all looked after. I could see if i was the only one who felt like this but the comments are all recent and for a chipotle to have a 2.8 rating isn’t a good thing. And it starts with the STAFF/Management.

The restaurant is open until 11 but don’t come in past 10 unless you want the employee loudly sighing that they have to do their job. Then skimp your protein

This particular Chipotle was understaffed and very slow. The workers were overwhelmed and could not keep up with the orders. This Chipotle was clearly not managed well. Their fountain drinks were all out of service also.

Literally the smallest portions ever. We ordered a bowl and a burrito. The bowl was half filled and the burrito was about half the size of my hand. $23 and it probably wouldn’t even fill up a child
