I was in the area and placed an online order on Dec.3rd. It was set to be ready at 3pm but when my family went in to get the order it wasn’t ready. From my car window I could see about 5 people in line and 4 or 5 waiting for mobile orders. When my mom and son were still waiting at almost 3:30, I went in. At this point therewere like two people getting orders in line. The guy making the bowls was getting them out quick and a guy in the background seemed to be working on a lot of online orders. The young man at the register seemed to be the problem in our case. My mom said she mentioned to him that she’d like her food made again because he was wiping his nose and touching the trash can while pulling the food out. His response seemed to be spiteful and while I was standing there he told her she’d have to wait for the person in the back to make her food. After waiting another 7 minutes or so, I asked the man at the register for a refund. He told me I’d have to contact Chipotle online. I did and they were really quick with the refund. The store looks really nice, seemed clean and everyone else seemed to be working well. The young guy with the locs at the register was rude and nasty. I was only in there for about 10 minutes and witnessed him picking stuff up off the floor after he put new gloves on, helping at the register and using the same gloves for food, so I understood why my mom asked. She’s not confrontational at all so for him to respond in a spiteful way was wild. As nice as this place looks, I’ll never return if I’m in the area. That experience was off putting.

Do you guys see the hair? Cause I do smh and I absolutely love this location but do better nobody wants to eat hair after a long day at the gym. Highly disappointed.

The young guy at the register has horrible customer service. He was rushing me. I asked for medium salsa and he scooped up juice from the middle of the salsa. It clearly needed to be stirred so I could actually get the salsa part. I asked for actual salsa and not juice and he scooped a little bit of salsa from the middle again. I asked if they could stir the salsa so I could actually get salsa. He said it was stirred but it was clumped up on the sides with juice in the middle. I should have gotten a picture. This isn’t my first time coming here and he was rude. The first time there was a huge crowd before I got there. They cleaned the restaurant out of guac and chips. I asked for guac and chips. He said “we don’t have none” with the rudest tone. I’m sure he was frustrated with the huge crowd but I’m a different customer. He seems to hate his job now that I’ve been back twice. I watched his demeanor with other customers and it’s the same. There’s people out here losing their jobs each day. He should be less rude to customers and grateful. I’ve been polite and smiled each time I went. I gave him no reason the be rude. I told a family member about him who lives in the area because she also comes to this location. she knew exactly who I was talking about. Sad, because I just moved to the area and I love chipotle. Chipotle used to be a really nice place to come to eat. Guess it’s gone down. Your employees need some courses on how to treat customers with respect.

The majority of the reviews are true! Slow service, lower quality ingredients, and the place is an absolute mess - the serving line and the tables are covered with wayward ingredients. The surfaces constantly look like they need to be wiped. Overall unacceptable. Definitely cannot recommend. Do better!

My son and I just visited this Chipotle. The quantity of food especially meat has gone down. My son accidentally asked for something and got yelled asking to talk louder. Then this associate called Priscilla was so rude when I asked her to put extra veggies in my bowl.
Is this the kind of staff that Chipotle hires now? People who yells at 11 year olds. I have been in customer service most of my career and definitely poorest service. If I could. I would give a zero.

This is like the third time they've forgotten either the chips, or the salsa, or some other item. It *feels* like everyone behind the counter is in a rush, but usually they're actually doing surprisingly little, and very slowly at that.

It seems as if the staffing changed for this location. Everyone was so pleasant and sweet. The food was seasoned extremely well, very fresh and delicious.

I order on line ...let it pick earliest time and never ever ready ...one time 30 mins after and last night 15...they focus exclusively on line not other orders
