I placed an order for delivery. They left out my chips and guacamole. I had to use their chat with a pepper. They gave me a free chips and guac. Now I have to place another order and pay for delivery to get my money back. If this only happened once I guess it would be OK, but it happens more than once.

I’ll never order from here again order through DoorDash. The food wasn’t even half portion it should have been. Container wasn’t closed bag open and it s cold. Doordasher was awful. The quality of the meats has gone down hill so much even though the prices have gone up. I used to love Chipotle (almost an obsession), but now the chicken, steak, etc is of low quality and looks bad & tastes bad. Nothing like destroying your reputation, Chipotle.

Worst chipotle and fast food joint anywhere. Always out of chicken, steak, veggies or whatever. Counter is always dirty, no silverware, napkins and drinks were empty. Funny part is there is always 8+ employees working and most have their AirPods in or joking around with each other. Won’t ever step foot back in this location. Wish I took pictures for proof. Literally had to walk to Panda Express to grab forks to be able to “dine in” management needs to really step in and figure out this location. TOTAL MESS

I keep coming here for the convenience since i live 5 minutes away but i am always disappointed of this chipotle. The dining area is always dirty whenever i come , they never have everything they supposed to have when it comes to their food, employees are very unorganized, they be arguing with each other about orders in front of customers. They don’t seem to have a manager or someone telling them what to do, in my opinion they need to do better because is always a mess at this place, and let me point out the times i’ve come have been at evening, not sure if during the day is a different story but seriously this place is a mess.

Bowl was skimpy like scraping the bottom of the pan skimpy. The rice was hard. It was watered down making the Bowl very soggy. Not a good experience at all.
You that started my food was saying what they don’t. have but it was cooking instead letting everyone know it was a wait you can see the food cooking .. Get to the cashier mood from start to finish they at like they don’t want to be here .. spending over 35 dollars and they want to give out 1 dressing per bowl‼️What happened to customer service ⁉️

We order from here as an office every Wednesday. Spend a lot of money here. Our order online said it would be ready at 11:00 it is now 11:43 and I’m still waiting. Not good since we put the order in at 10am. I understand they may be busy but don’t tell us to come get our order at 11 it will be ready and have me standing waiting for over 40 minutes. We could have all come in as an office ordered 1 by 1 at the counter and gotten it sooner

Avoid this location. Unfortunately it’s the only one close to me and has drastically gone downhill over the past few years, both with food quality and staff/service. Tonight was the last straw when I arrived for a pick up order and there was a group of about 10 people standing around waiting for pick up orders. After waiting awhile I finally chatted through the app to cancel my order and was able to get a refund so I could leave. The folks who were waiting before I even arrived were still waiting as I left.
