Fast paced high energy, food is good prices are good just very very busy but it did not slow the service down any whatsoever I gave that crew at that location double thumbs up ??

Always under- staffed. Food turn over is poor. Management needs to be more involved especially because of the area and language barriers that exist among the staff.

I’ll be brief but concise:1. The customer service was unacceptable; I encountered profanity from the staff when I chose to pay with a gift card.2. There were no natural juice options available, except for lemonade, which had a foul odor and unpleasant taste.3. The absence of medium-sized lids made it impossible for me to transport my drink in the car.4. Surprisingly, there were no sauces available at all.5. Disappointingly, the Coca-Cola Zero tasted like carbonated water.6. This Chipotle experience was the worst I've ever had, despite having visited numerous locations.Improvements in management and staffing might encourage me to reconsider, as I prefer to support local businesses, but the current quality falls short of acceptability.

This is the slowest chipotle in the world. I’ve never spent less than 10 minutes in here. I’m literally standing in line while 1 employee is serving food and the other one is holding up the line for her own personal orders. She has at least 4

I can’t believe this location only has two stars. This was my third or fourth visit and it is always superb. I feel like a lot of local chipotles have had a drop in service, cleanliness and quality, but this one is consistent. The workers are always friendly. I wonder if there has been a change in management since some of these negative reviews because I truly can’t relate. I literally just left and heard a woman (who I assume was the GM) remind staff that it was peak, remind them of aprons and check in on readiness. It was clearly a regular occurrence, but it was textbook Chipotle expectations ( and I would know because I worked for three different locations once upon a time). I know I’ve complimented the manager once before, but have never left them a review and it is overdue. It does not go unnoticed you all!

I got a steak burrito yesterday and woke up this morning with food poisoning. This is the only thing I ate yesterday so I know I got it from eating here. My overall experience was pleasant as the staff was really nice and the store looked pretty clean. But me getting food poisoning was enough for me to never step foot in this place again.

they did not know how to roll my food in the rap the right way. they was thinking it was a joke, my girlfriend told them what she wanted they did not put the right things on their, 0/10!!!
I have went many times at this point, always through the chipotle lane and have NEVER had anything but a great experience.Food is always ready, correct and hot. The employees are always nice and smiling and super attentive. Never felt like portions were not more than enough.

That will be my last time going to that Chipotle.. For the price you pay, they were so skimpy on everything. My coworkers burrito at $12, looked like it was from the kids meal.. What a shame to lose business like this.

Don’t support this place !! Was there eating after leaving the hospital and the female manager had a cop kick out one of her employees who is currently homeless all because he was filling water bottles to take with him. To see someone struggling and making their life harder and to humiliate them in front of a crowd of people is just cruel and evil, and they can’t say he was causing a disturbance because after kicking him out the manager proceeded to make a bunch of noise laughing and acting like a child. Now I don’t wish bad on nobody but GOD DONT LIKE UGLY!!
