I'm not sure when they decided to change the size of their food but my burrito.It's half the size it normally is.And my bowl isn't even halfway filled up. Im very disappointed.I won't be going to this chipotle Anymore.

I came here earlier today and lar gave me great customer service. I was getting food for a work thing. I had two veggie bowls and they had a dairy food allergy . He took the extra care with making sure the veggie bowls had no dairy products or cross contamination at all because I also had to pick up a chicken bowl with dairy products in it. He was super patient with me while making the bowls and he even went the extra mile to bag everything separately as well. When I got back to work everything was made perfectly and everyone was happy with their food. Major kudos for going above and beyond today for this order. Thank you thank you thank you so much!

It's just me.
This location is very popular and usually very busy. Ive never eaten inside this location but have ordered pick up, yesterday being the 3rd time and my order has always been wrong. My daughters order was correct however and the young person that gave me the food was very nice as well. It's just my food is always wrong when I order at this location. Like it's missing something or preparation is as requested. Those types of things happen, I know they do. And I have never been treated unkind or anything. Just, never gotten a complete order to actually enjoy what I ordered. It's just me.

I attempted to buy lunch at this location one Saturday afternoon. Upon entering, to my surprise no one was standing in line. I stood at the counter expecting someone standing in the back to notice me standing there, and I was not acknowledged by anyone. When the young lady came to the register, the expected her to acknowledge my standing there and call for the server, when she ignored me, I walked over to her. Before I could say anything, she practically chopped my head off with a harsh tone, as if she was waiting for the opportunity to lash out! Her words: “I DON’T WORK ON THE LINE”. At that point I walked out. I would never receive from from anyone who obviously didn’t want to do their job in the first place. I would never trust food from people who obviously didn’t want to be there in the first place. I saw someone sweeping the floor, someone who walked to a computer on the wall at the front, and another male in the back. No one person stopped to acknowledge my presence. My rating is ZERO

I’m not a racist and never think about this , but today I felt racism, the girl who gave me food was black and put more food to people before me, two black people and they got more food on a plate, i’m white and when girl starts pouring into my plate, she poured half as much as these black ones

I will preface this by saying I have visited this location before during the daytime with no issues. This is the first time visiting in the evening and I was pretty shocked. The location closes at 10pm. I arrived at about 8:45. When I walked to the front of the line, I was told there was no white rice, no pico de gallo, no chips, etc. and no explanation of why and no apology. That lead me to believe that this is a regular occurrence. I purchased a kids build your own taco with brown rice and carnitas. I later discovered that the brown rice was hard and undercooked. When I went over to get a straw I found the area had not been cleaned, there were no napkins in any of the dispensers, and the trash was overflowing. I wouldn’t have been so upset about the napkins if they had at least put some in my bag. I was pretty disappointed.
