Ok so second time at this location. First time I placed an online order, when I arrived the guy didn’t know what I was talking about until I showed him my receipt for this store. Then they were missing items I ordered online. Second time around I asked for shredded pork the guy was scraping the bottom of the bowl which is absolutely ludicrous especially at 530 on a Friday evening. Then the cashier asked “do you want a bag” I said yes. Not realizing they charge. Not that 5 cent is going to break the bank . But you would think if you’re spending your money a bag would be included because who wants to walk out the store carrying their food in hand? That’s ridiculous to me, maybe I’m late but I’ve never been to any other chipotle that charged for bags. I used to hold chipotle to a certain caliber compared to other fast food but it’s clear to see they are really falling off.

Highly recommend not going here after 6. The staff are lazy. The food wasn’t prepared or ready. The fountain drink machine had no drinks in it. I asked the staff about it, after I paid for a large drink, and the response was just “oh we’re just out”. It’s 8:30pm on a Saturday. What do you mean you’re out. Make some. It looks like it was that way the entire day. Let me back track to when I first went in the restaurant. There was no one making food or at the register. Just everyone in the back area talking and laughing. Then a server came towards me ready to take my order with NO FOOD AVAILABLE. I’m like where’s the steak? Oh we’re out. Where’s the chicken? Looks for it in some storage underneath the stove. Like y’all have to be better than this. Care about the service better and the actual product. And my food is bland. No flavor. Just a waste of money and leasing space. Just terrible. Maybe it’s just this rotation that’s in but the staff are horrible.

This is my second chipotle that has annoyed me. It doesn’t make any sense to me that I’ve deliberately went out my way to come this particular chipotle and the beans weren’t even cooked. Literally just threw them in my burrito bowl… a complete waste of $10

This is my second visit to this location Chipotle. I find it the same as my first visit to this particular location. Very poor. I ordered a steak burrito bowl. The food was not fresh at all. Nothing being prepared at the grill. You could tell that the foods has been sitting out for a while as the containers showed the items drying out around the rim.Very disappointing, particularly for this location. ?

time..1:30 pm.. first and last time I visited this restaurant, I came from NJ and what I wanted most was a meal from this town but when they were wrapping my burritos in fact there were 3 and a bowl the skinny colored boy He began to say obscenities and treat his companion badly, a person who was already an adult and who apparently did not like what the boy said towards him. And he did it just when he was wrapping my burritos, that was disgusting. I had to tell him to be a better person and treat his coworkers better...

I didn't want it to come to this, but it has. This is one of the worst Chipotle's I have ever gone to. I swear to goodness sometimes the food tastes like polyurethane...which is saying a lot considering I eat almost anything.The last time I got "to go" from this Chipotle the burrito was so bad not even my dog would eat it. We demolished the chips and queso, so props on that. However, the double chicken burrito was so heinous that we had to give it to the feral cats that live outside our condo.I graduated from a private high school in Baltimore in 2011, needless to say Chipotle was a staple of my youth. This is by far the worst I have gone to.Will I go here again, for sure. Will I be let down again, probably so.

I have been here at least 3 times and mostly there decent. Service varies between friendly and I hate my life kinda atmosphere lol. Food is standard never had any problem with that here, my biggest problem is that usually when I go here it is dead no customers inside and every table is filthy and food all over the floors.

Rice in the chcken bowl was way under cooked. I believe there's issue with the rice cooker. What amazed me is that no working staff can tell the difference between fully cooked vs. under cooked rice.
