So, this is probably my favorite Chipotle that is in my area. The food is always better seasoned than the other locations. The burritos are full, but they are not so overstuffed they break. The staff matches each others' pace well, which I think is more important than being quick-- I hate when I go to a Chipotle and one person is whipping through orders and causing a backup their team members can't keep up with. I go, there is always a wait-- but honestly? I'd rather have this food done right and wait a little longer rather than have a burrito that's falling apart on me and has a pale taste to it. I hope this team keeps it up.

After reading a few other reviews, I do agree that customer service skills are sometimes not apparent, but these are coachable things-- there's a lot to value here nonetheless.

If I could give zero stars I would! I’ve given this location a few tries & every time it’s unsatisfactory. Either you’re waiting in line for 40 minutes just for you to get to the front and them tell you they don’t have steak. Or you make an online order because it seems they tend to care more about those & they just give you whatever. Nothing I asked for was in my bowl, I even PAID for extra things & they didn’t put it at all. AND it’s always messy! THE WORST LOCATION IN THE CITY!!!!

Very dirty, lacks customer service skills and the ability to manage large crowds. Staff seems to be working inefficient with 4 people. I ordered online my food said it was ready for pick up and I waited an additional 25 minutes after arriving at the store. Thank goodness I checked my order because it was wrong. The guys had attitude when I asked for it to be corrected. I am not likely to patronize this location ever again.

I waited in line for 45 minutes. When I walked in, the line was at the back of the store, and the workers were prioritizing the online orders over the customers. There should be a healthy balance. It seemed it to me as if they were understaffed. They didn’t have chips, they didn’t have brown rice, there was a wait for chicken. It was just too much. I really hope my food is worth it.

This location is convenient to my home, and I did not have to wait for my order, but I was disappointed with my food. I received guacamole, and I didn't ask for it, and my dish barely had meat. It was definitely less than what was supposed to be on it. I order the kid's quesadilla all the time, but I have never received a tiny quesadilla made with a taco. There were enough pros for me to try this location again. I certainly pray the experience is better.

Halloween promo not honored at this location, they placed the notice at the ordering station so you wouldn’t see until you waited in the line. Also they don’t serve quesadillas unless online but kids quesadillas are on the menu? Either pure incompetence or bad management either way not a great representation of Chipotle’s brand
