I came in wanting to be serviced and I was the only one on the lobby after only 2 people made their order and walked out. There are 4 workers and the one that was called to service me in line began to clean the bottom of the table unnecessarily because there wasn’t any big mess just some sour cream drizzled. With no urgency or the courtesy to acknowledge me. When I said “I want a burrito bowl” she said “Hold on I have to clean my line” at that point I left because you can’t clean when I leave? I am the only one in the store at this point.

Arrived at 9:22 pm Friday night. People were in line, others eating. Door was locked and employees would not allow us in despite a closing time of 10pm. Came out of IHOP (also closes at 10) at 9:56 after eating our meal to find Chipotle still locked and dark DESPITE 10PM CLOSING TIME POSTED ON DOOR.

The were out of literally everything. No chicken, no sour cream, and all the other meats looked like they been sitting there for hours. And when I asked to wait for chicken they claimed it was going to be 20 mins. Go to Taco Bell instead.

Got good poisoning today from the steak bowl been in the bathroom all day at work.. never get a good experience from this location

Absolutely love this chipotle. I’m always greeted by Angel with a big smile and amazing service. Not to mention the food is always on point!

Honestly, I've never felt the need to write a review, but this chiplote got it! What they don't have is salt however, I ordered a burrito with rice yadada the usual. However the rice and chicken had no seasoning. My food felt very cold, mind you I went in person and no delivery before, so I can't even give them the benefit of the doubt. The lady at the cashier, was very rude and snappy. Please please please do better.

The worst Chipotle ever. The entire staff is rude including management, they up charge you and their portions are the smallest I’ve seen at any location. If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t waste your time.

Horrible service. Manager Michelle W. on duty was rude and nasty. Charged me for a steak bowl when they ran out of steak and put chicken on my bowl. Then the manager would not allow me to use my rewards coupon from the app and said she was unable to do an entree discount for Halloween even though I dressed up and had the app
