This place needs to do better. I waited in line for over 15 mins. I finally get up to the front and they start making my bowl to only yell out that there is no lettuce or chips. If I would had know that I would have never stayed in line. I just left after that because I was done. They had enough staff back there to cut up the lettuce I saw and to bake some chips. No wonder this place rating is so low. I know next time to just not come here.

This chipotle is terrible. It has been open for over a year and for some reason they only do online only. This just doesn’t make sense. You have 15 people sitting in here waiting because you are only taking online orders when you clearly have a register. They also have a sign up that says card only but still are only taking online orders. This chipotle never takes walk ins, this is not how chipotle is supposed to be ran and the management is terrible. There is no reason why this fast food restaurant is taking 30-45 minutes to get my food because i have to place my order online.

I thank God I found God when I did cause yesterday was a test coming into this chipotle. I’ve attached photos of BIG back and Mr. Sassy the two out of 4 staff members that were completely RUDE to me over some salad dressing. I came in when I got to the register to pay for my food I asked for salad dressing. The male in the picture told me that he gave the last one to the girl in front of me so I asked him were they going to make more because I was willing to wait. He looked me in my eyes and told me does it look like we have the staff to make that. First of all I worked at chipotle when I was fresh out of high school and I know that the salad dressing is a bunch of liquids put into a blender and your pressblen brand and it’s done so you’re telling me that the staff crew could not make me some salad dressing that would’ve taken five minutes he gave me attitude I told him I would wait he no longer acknowledged me. I went onto the next girl at the register Bigg back and she gave me attitude as well saying they don’t have staff so because you guys don’t have staff I don’t get salad dressing. Is that the customers problem or staffing problem within Chipotle? I continue to wait. The correct answer would have been to ask me if I didn’t mind waiting while they got the line down on top of the line is always long in here because they’re slow. I stood in line for 20 minutes before I even got my food they were arguing with the DoorDash man. Everybody has nasty attitudes. I had words with Bigg back we went back forth And she was very foul and nasty out the mouth, mind you she had a funky dirty bonnet on her head. I saw another staff member make the salad dressing when she was finish mind you everyone in the store knows I’m waiting for the salad dressing when she finished, she put the salad dressing on the counter and did not give me any, so then I asked her could you please give me two of those addresses and she looked me in my eyes and told me she was off the clock as she continued to work just rude so at this point this is the third staff member that has gotten smart for no reason at all. I believe that Mr. sassy was the manager or supervisor, but he allowed his staff to go back-and-forth with me calling me out my name it was just so crazy because I’ve never been in a situation where I’m not able to ask for the supervisor or manager because he’s right along rude with the staff, I also watch them be rude to the DoorDash guy who was picking up orders who had to wait 30 minutes and another customer. I watched the girl at the register, make up cups of dressing and give them to people in the line, knowing that I was waiting for the dressing so I went and got the dressing myself and I walked out. The staff threatened me. They tried to fight me. One of the staff members touched me so now a 4th staff member that’s rude and I will be pressing charges , because you do not put your hand on anyone they don’t know me I could be completely crazy and come back there and do something to them although I’m not because God don’t like ugly and they all are very ugly in there. It’s not my fault you work at chipotle making $10 an hour .

If I could give it a zero I absolutely would. McDonald's: please shut this place down. It's killing your brand. I've attempted to order from this place on three different occasions and all three were total disaster. Every time I went in, they were out of half of the ingredients. 7:00 or 8:00 p.m. at night and they have no fajita veggies, lettuce, etc. Etc. Not that hard to cut the stuff up and throw it on the grill but nobody can be bothered. Went in tonight and three people in front of me just walked out when they realized none of the food was getting made even though there were plenty of people in there working. Manager started screaming out that they were out of a bunch of things but we couldn't even tell what she was saying because she was using some strange theatrical voice while she was doing it.

My family and I arrived to eat at 10:45 am and they did not let us order our food, because they did not have the food ready yet, I asked how long it would take for it to be ready, but they told me that they did not know, we had to go back to work and look for another place to eat, please we just ask for a little better attention to the working class.

I'd give it -100 stars if I could. If I order pick up, I still have to wait 10 to 15 minutes AFTER the pick up time to get my food and then they don't tell you that they're missing items, you just open the bag and there's no chips, or as in today, no corn salsa, lettuce or fijitas. I tried to give it a chance since it's been open over a year but it just keeps getting worse.

Treated a coworker to lunch and the soda machine was broken. A rather heavy set young lady who fixed the food was angry and gave me elf size portion of food. She looks like she was angry about being at work. 30.00 dollars later and it made me feel nasty just like the store and that location needs a secret shopper from Undercover Boss Corporate to put them in the right place. Please stop making this store ghetto bcuz it is located in the hood and clean up on front on the side in the back and inside ASAP

Went there today, in the rain. Got there at 10:40am. Waited until 10:45, their opening time, to get out of my truck. I’m standing outside, in the rain, leaning on my cane, watching 6 employees inside and nobody unlocks the door. Waited another 5 minutes, same thing, they all looked but nobody opened the door. Five minutes later, I’m still standing out in the rain. After knocking on the door glass with my cane, one of the female employees comes over, unlocks the door and throws it open and walks away. Outrageous. Once I got inside, it got worse. I ordered the carne asada only to find out they didn’t have any of the steak prepared and it wouldn’t be ready for another 15 minutes. Everybody behind the counter, except the lady preparing the steak had bad attitudes. Won’t be back again.

Horrible! I place mobile orders since I can rarely order online and they are always either closed or not even accepting orders and they just stand around acting like they are working. This place is horrible! Never have anything and always horrible service. Avoid here at all costs.
