Ordered burrito bowl on DoorDash but it was missing ingredients. I got a feeling they did this because they were putting food away earlier than they should. My salsa and corn were missing. The bowl does not taste the same and there is so much sour cream with little of everything else. It does not taste well. They should have just canceled it if they don’t have the ingredients. I’m no longer using this location and will go to the qdoba 2 blocks away.

Workers are fine, however the manager was beyond rude. I ordered the kids tacos for my brother and accidentally got an extra topping. She proceeded to crumble my bag of food and slammed it inside the trash can, while glaring at me, making me start over my order.

I don’t know why but the food at this Chipotle does not taste good at all. The stuff is either overcooked, undercooked, too much lime, etc… portions are small, and it’s just not good.

Literally next to a convention center then shocked at the orders coming through when there’s a convention?! We preordered well in advance for a time and it was still 30 minutes late. We had two bowls and one burrito - one bowl had the sofritas the rest were filled with extra beans and rice instead of protein. We all had corn salsa- none on the orders. Many drinks out completely, no ice, no lids. The whole place was filthy. And they were letting people stand in line way too long before coming to tell them they’re only accepting online orders. We would’ve cancelled our order if it was an option. Never again!

Music to loud and no one at register for 25 minutes to pay for the food. And they got the nerve to charge for a bag . The music was so loud my head was throbbing I had to leave 12/11/2024. People was walking out . First time there last time there

I just ordered a burrito from this place through Uber Eats. I basically ended up eating lettuce wrapped in a tortilla with sour cream. This is the second time this happened. They used to make good burritos with good amount of everything (steak and rice), and now whenever I order I pay 22$ for lettuce and sour cream in a tortilla.

I visited on 11/11/24 Service suck meat was dry they don’t wanna give you the right portion of meat they wait until the pans are empty then you waiting 15 mins for meat cause nobody wanna stock up the front line it’s dirty stuff everywhere where the food is that needs to be clean ASAP this location is lazy
