My wife was craving a Chipotle bowl. Let me tell you something. They damn sure ain't skimpy on nothing. The staff are cool and quick with it. Very nice young men and women. We will be back.

I came in today 12/2 and I ask for extra chicken. She kept saying double protein and I said I will pay extra for the chicken but it’s like she kept trying to press me. I did not like her demeanor. I felt uncomfortable.

No big issues with food. Staff is awful. Making food with clear attitudes & doesn’t show a not a bit of customer service. The men are generally polite & respectful. The ladies need to leave the attitudes at home. No one cares and it makes for bad character building.
I came to this Chipotle location intending to buy a meal and charge my phone in a safe public space. Unfortunately, I was met with a very unprofessional and upsetting situation. One of the employees began verbally confronting me for no reason, and when I defended myself calmly and asked to be treated with respect as a customer, she escalated the situation to the point of asking her manager if she could “clock out and fight me.”
I explained that I am a stroke survivor and did not wish for any confrontation — I simply wanted to purchase food and sit quietly while charging my phone. Despite this, I was told I could not remain in the restaurant or buy food. I left feeling humiliated, unsafe, and discriminated against.
I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training on professionalism, de-escalation, and respect toward customers, especially those with disabilities or health conditions. No one deserves to feel threatened when simply trying to buy food.

Reported to cashier that several fountain drinks were out and needed to be replaced. They didn’t replace the syrup but still continued to sell fountain sodas, ripping dozens of people off including a bus full of high school kids. Chipotle owes refunds to a lot of people.

The teller for takeout on 20 October 2025 is entirely to slow and has a major attitude so working at chipotle is exactly where he needs to be.

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been at... The people working there are useless, rude and I will not use the word racist, but I feel they were picking on Hispanic people... I hope Chipotle do something about it, you cannot have this kind of rude people working in this chain...

Darius at 3:30 on September 30 was so helpful. He let me understand about all the different meats and even let me try them. I really appreciate him and he had the best hospitality thank you. We need more people like him working.

This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to. They never have any food, the employees are careless and slow as hell the food tastes disgusting and it hurts my stomach. I tried to give this place another chance. The chipotle on 600 Pratt street is way better

This specific Chipotle always have a problem when it comes to pick ups and deliveries. For some reason you can show them obvious proof that this is your order and they still won't give it to you.

Was at the University of Maryland Medical Center and walked to this Chipotle for lunch on 09/19/25. I wait in line for 10 minutes, only to get to the front and be told they had no carne asada, no chicken, and no steak. Only proteins they had available is tofu and pork! What a joke! At prime time lunch hour on a Friday you run out of your main proteins? Then you make people stand in line and wait. Why not put a sign at the door instead of wasting peoples time. I left here so upset. If as a chipotle you don’t have proteins you need to be closed! DO BETTER!

I can't bash on all of the employees here because the two at the end of the line were nice but the lady at the first station was extremely passive aggressive and rude. She didn't greet me at all, just a glare so I just went straight to asking for a burrito and she acted like I just told her that her goldfish died. I had to step out of the 3 person line to wait for my tortilla to be unfolded (first time I've ever experienced that btw lol) just to be called back 5 seconds later. Anyway, I get everyone has bad days but I also used to work food service in the city with extremely busy days on the same street but I never treated customers with such a nasty attitude. Respectfully, don't take the hate for your job and your personal life out on others.

The food was great. They were skimpy on the queso, they had little or no ice in the ice dispenser and they service was slow as molasses prior to a Baltimore arena event and an O's game on the same night.
