I usually don’t leave reviews but this chipotle has to be one of the worst in Baltimore. The employees are usually very nice and respectful but this location NEVER has a full selection of ingredients. There’s always something unavailable… no white rice, no fajitas, no salad dressing, no chips… the list goes on. It seems like the only time you can actually get the full selection of ingredients is right when they open, as even during DINNER time, they will disappoint you with the amount of ingredients that are unavailable.

THEY DONT MAKE FAJITA VEGGIES AT THIS LOCATION. The last 5, YES FIVE!, times i have been there, they did not have the onion and pepper fajita veggies. They always have a different excuse. Read all of the reviews and other reviewers say the exact same thing. I finally asked for a discount because I'm tired of paying for an order that is missing half of the ingredients. Their answer: EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE SO YOU CAN HAVE WHATEVER YOU WANT, BUT THERE IS NO DISCOUNT JUST BECAUSE WE ARE OUT OF SOMETHING.
What i want is a salad with chicken and fajita veggies. But you choose to NEVER make them, then you skimp on the chicken expecting me to pay full price for some lettuce that you scraped out of the bottom of the bin, and a half scoop of chicken. And you never have vinegrette.
There are lots of other restaurants in the area that actually value me as a customer. Chipoltle doesn't get any more of my money. So all of the money that you think you are saving by cheating customers is just a drop on the bucket compared to what you are loosing when they finally choose NOT TO PATRONIZE YOUR BUSINESS.

Didn’t even get food. They were out of chips and sour cream but the worst was that what they had was all over the place just messy and dirty. And looked like no fajitas and minimum of everything down to the bottom of pans. Me and my sister and two other customers before us walked back out. Came in at 8pm.

Y'all should definitely add/ Invest in halal meat options, like the chipotle in Minnesota, that way Muslims don't only have to eat the vegan options. You'd definitely get an increase of service that way
3 Time visiting this location each time I get the same order a bowl with brown rice half and half meat, hot sauce, lettuce, cheese and Queso.. every time I’ve gotten it each time it was different quantities/portions. Price went up portion got smaller, the bar is always scrapping the bottom of the containers. Very poor service. This will be my last time purchasing.

I’m just floored at the AMAZING customer service I received from not just one staff member but ALL staff members. During the slow time all four of them were singing and clapping and smiling at my son and I was just so teary eyed! They made us feel so good and helped us mamas feel so attended to and like we were welcome! I’m definitely coming back and am a raving customer. Thank you crew that was working at 1pm on Dec 5th they are the stars of this restaurant and deserve all the praise and all the promotions. My friend and I were just talking about how uncomfortable it is to order food these days because of how awkward and sometimes mean fast food workers are, not here, it felt like family. Genuine happiness and joy to see my boy and help him feel welcome and fun.
