Ordered a burrito bowl just to have them throw in random crap that I never ordered. The first and last time I’ll be to this location. Clearly cannot read simple instructions. Pretty sad. $30 down the drain because you clearly hate your job.

I ordered tacos, and when I opened them, I thought it was a food simulation. Where’s the filling? Did it go on vacation? The meat was so little I almost said, ‘I’ll miss you.’ If I wanted to eat air with a hint of tortilla, I could’ve just stayed home and breathed. Chipotle, please, bring dignity back to your tacos!
This chipotle use to be the perfect one not lately I have came several times more than 3 times and they are always out of something and the staff just have an attitude as if they don’t care . I spent $45 and they didn’t have salad dressing for one of bowls and it was already 11:45 the guy said it wasn’t any and the prep hasn’t started , so annoying because the last time I came they didn’t have veggies and the lady at the time said they ran out … poor service but I blame management or who ever does inventory

We had a catering order here and when we went to pick it up the staff looked at us and said “what catering order”. We waited 15 minutes until someone finally told us it was going to be 30 minutes. We constantly had to ask for the manager to get the info. The staff obviously forgot or did not check their system. I understand human error and that’s okay but not a single person said sorry. They did not care that they missed the order and made us feel like an inconvenience. Over all we were very disappointed and will never do chipotle catering again.
Alright, listen up—if you’re rolling down Fort Ave and your stomach’s growling, there’s only one stop that matters: this Chipotle. This isn’t just fast-casual dining; this is an experience. They’re not just slinging burritos and bowls—they’re crafting edible masterpieces that’ll make you sit back in your chair and say, “Damn, they got it right.”
The Burrito: A Legend Wrapped in Foil
Let’s start with the star of the show: the burrito. You see that first picture? That’s a workhorse. Wrapped tight, no leaks, no flopping over like it’s given up on life—nah, this thing is sturdy. And when you unwrap that foil, it’s like opening a present on Christmas morning: rice, beans, tender meat, maybe a little guac peeking through. They built it with love. They layered it—every bite had a little bit of everything. No sad pockets of plain rice here.
You know when you hold a burrito in your hands and it’s got a little weight to it? That’s the good stuff. It’s the kind of burrito that makes you pause halfway through to say, “Yo, this thing’s hittin’.” And you’re not wrong—it is.
The Bowl: A Flavor Avalanche
Now let’s talk about that second pic. The bowl. Look at it. That’s not food; that’s a promise. A promise that your taste buds are about to throw a party you didn’t even know you were invited to. The sour cream? Generous—just a luscious, creamy blanket draped across the top. And then that cheese. Piled high. The kind of cheese coverage that makes you proud, like, “Yes, they understood the assignment.” Underneath? Juicy, seasoned chicken, fresh salsa, crisp corn, perfectly cooked rice—it’s the full lineup.
Every forkful is like a little victory. Creamy, tangy, crunchy, savory—it’s all there, working together like a well-rehearsed band. You hit a bite with all the flavors at once? Game over. That’s peak Chipotle.
The Service & Vibe: Top-Tier
You walk in, and they’re moving with purpose behind the counter. These aren’t people going through the motions—nah, they’re on it. Portions are solid, everything’s fresh, and they’ve got the kind of energy that says, “We care.” And let’s be real, when you’re craving Chipotle, you’re not trying to wait forever. They get that. You’re in, you’re out, you’re fed, and you’re happy.
The vibe? Classic Fort Ave hustle. No fuss, no frills—just good food, good people, and the kind of efficiency Baltimore prides itself on.
Final Word:
This Chipotle gets it. They’re building burritos and bowls with skill, precision, and a whole lotta care. You leave full, satisfied, and already thinking about what you’re gonna order next time. Five outta five, no question. Fort Ave Chipotle is that spot.
You know where to find me. I’ll be in line, getting another bowl with extra cheese.

I ordered online. It took 20 minutes for them to make my bowl after it was supposed to be ready. I watched at least 15 people go through the line and get their new orders fulfilled while I watched one woman make online orders herself. I asked if I could take the printed out sticker and just go through the line with everyone else to have it made but the answer was no. They were out of chicken so she had to ask everyone what they wanted instead. When I finally got my order I drove home and found that they had made it without any beans or fajita veggies, even though the label clearly listed both. I called chipotle to share this feedback and the automated machine told me to check my email and provide the feedback through a link provided. I received no email. After asking the bot several times to speak to the store it rang though, was never picked up, and then disconnected. This was an extremely dissatisfying meal experience and a waste of time. I strongly encourage you to out of your way to eat at another location and recommend the franchise look at this branch’s management.

Absolutely the worst service! Waited 15 minutes to pick up an order that was ready and waiting! The line was completely empty! My food was cold and ended up in trash! I asked for help 4 times and was completely ignored. Never again! Chipotle needs to do better! No wonder they only have a 2 star rating

Hands down the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Portions of everything are terribly light and asking for more is met with rudeness. I would advise anybody contemplating eating here to travel to the next closest one.

Every time I order food from this location it tastes good but their portion sizes of the protein, rice, and veggies have gotten significantly smaller than other locations. Today was the last time I will order from them no matter how convenient it is to my apartment.

The tables were dirty, the tabasco bottles had no tops, no napkins, no fork, and the were very stingey with their meat!! The allow their friends to come in and they give away things for free, yet they charged me double!!

Easily the worst chipotle I have ever received an order from. Tiny portions, wrong items, poor attitude. Save yourself the pain and drive 10min over to canton.
