I rarely leave reviews, especially negative ones, because I’ve worked in the service industry and I know how stressful it can be. That said, tonight’s experience was unnecessarily unpleasant.
I came in simply to pick up a mobile order, greeted the employee politely, and was immediately met with an attitude that felt hostile for no reason. No greeting back, no basic professionalism, just negative energy from the moment I walked in. It was so uncomfortable. Like who hurt you girl? But hey, in your life, I guess…
I don’t expect over-the-top friendliness, but basic courtesy is not a big ask. If someone is having a bad day, that shouldn’t be taken out on customers who are being respectful. This interaction completely ruined the experience and reminded me why I don’t usually come here in the first place.

12.8, yeah, I’m telling you do not go to that place because it is always the nasty rude people that makes things worst.

This is one of the worst chipotles I have been to. When we arrived at 6:30pm, we were informed there was no chicken and could only choose steak. Fine but seems weird for dinner time. We then ask for a bag of chips because we had a free coupon and were told they do not have small bags only large and the coupon does not work on large bags. They seemed to be under prepared for the evening. Every staff member seemed to be annoyed to be there and very unpleasant. We have had experiences like this in the past at this location and will no longer waste our money.

I wanted 15 minutes for a bowl I ordered 30 minutes in advance (not a single person even looked at me) they forgot my chips and guacamole this is not the first time this has happened but it will be the last. I will not be going back!!

Came in 30 minutes to close and got the fastest kind of service you could ask for. Girl with the green gauges and eyeliner was very kind and the young man with long dreads was very efficient. I apologize for not getting their names.

The worst Chipotle in a 20-mile radius.
Ordered delivery for 7:40, showed up at 7:54. No food on the pickup shelf. Ended up waiting in line, only to watch the lone cashier completely ignore customers while making a burrito for some guy who cut the line.
Finally got my order, went home, and found pork in my burrito bowl (I don’t eat pork) and a $6 queso cup barely half full. This isn’t a one-off though. The quality and service at this location have been consistently awful.

Additionally, when trying to bring up the issue, Chipotle’s “Pepper” chat bot doesn’t care enough to connect you to a real person.

Mediocre food, trash service. Avoid this location at all costs.

The food was not bad, but the service was very slow. There was no ice for the drinks, and the restaurant's cleanliness was somewhat lacking. I hope the restaurant manager reconsider staff training.

Consistently poor experiences at this chipotle location. Always out of food, today I asked for extra corn and they straight up told me no. Honestly better food options in the area where you can get what you actually want. I won’t be back.

you know it’s bad when they can’t even fill the bowl past the VERY FIRST LINE.

Ordering pickup doesn’t mean you can just put half a spoonful of things because customer isn’t watching. also missing 2 other topping but it’s not the worst thing on this bowl

This place i consider to be one if the more cleaner. Better chipotles. I choose this one instead of going to ryw glen Burnie location. This one is much more professional and cleaner. Sometimes they never have any peppers.
