Super inefficient and literally always out of some ingredient. Usually the staff is not very nice either. Online pickup orders take way longer than predicted. If they’re out of something you still get charged for it if you order online.

Vegetarian options: The food was not fresh and the servers told me that it wasn't fresh because it's not busy this time of year. So sad and to the cashier you're a man born a boy so be that.

Horrible experience. I ordered a bowl & a burrito, somehow the girl put fajitas on my burrito when I never asked for them, she then proceeded to try adding MORE fajitas & caught an attitude when I tried to tell her I didn't want any fajitas in the 1st place. After all that she continued to make my burrito throwing the rest of the toppings into it & folded the burrito carelessly. This is my 1st & last time coming to this location

Shrinkflation at its finest. So little in their scoop I had to ask for extra meat, so $25 just to get what used to be a normal bowl.

This location is always out of something or there’s a several minute wait while something cooks (today is veggies and one of the meats). I keep giving it a try hoping it’ll be better but it’s been terrible for years.

Nothing about this staff would make me come back here. Empty restaurant post lunch rush, I order for pickup. None of the directions on the order are followed. This did not even have the flavor profile of Chipotle. It’s so bland. Items are missing from the bowls. And I ask for vinaigrette when I get there, and they tell me they are “out of vinegar”. You sit on a lot across from Safeway, might come up with a few bright ideas on where you can find some. I tipped, I wish I could take it back.

I got the bowl 50/50 chicken steak there was a mistake and I had to go back in line they didn't even remember to keep my food to the side resume working as fast as they do and all the people there they should keep track of that what mistakes will happen we are human I love Chipotle the burrito is huge (thank you Jesus)!!! 😍🤤 Burrito 🌯💥

Vegetarian options: When there is a mistake I don't like holding up the line 😞 because I know everybody wants to get their food and get out or dine in...

Hands down the worst Chipotle in the area. I had stopped going, but a friend told me they had gotten better recently, so I went again. What a mistake. No one there knows how to roll a burrito. You absolutely will have a double rolled burrito whether you want one or not. Ingredient availability is always hit and miss and they will be out of something when you go. They never have a fully stocked station. The incompetence continues with the overwhelmed register worker not even able to answer basic questions. You're better off buying a microwave burrito for $2. You'll be less disappointed.

Should be no star. Worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. While we were ordering the worker just kept talking to somebody that wasn’t working there and was slow with our orders. Also- there were no lettuce left up front but they had more in the back - the two workers were going back and forth on who should get it and then worker just asked us “if do we really need the lettuce” and we just told them nevermind since it seemed like it was a big inconvenience. DEF WORST CHIPOTLE OUT THERE
