This is the worse location I’ve ever been. They never have items, no rice or most of the meat options. The quality of the food is horrible too. The service is bad too. Even when you order online it takes FOREVER for someone give to you. I’d give 0 starts if I could.

I ordered on the app while inside the restaurant. Despite having virtually no customers, it still took a while to get my food. Once I received it, I wasn't satisfied because it wasn't hot, nor was all of the ingredients I ordered in my bowl. In addition to that, the tablespoon of chicken tasted burnt.

Worst run Chipolte in the US. This place has the absolute worst service. I love me some Chipolte and wish I could actually eat here, but the people get orders wrong, ignore you completely or simply make the experience painful. This place is Pop Copy sketch from Chapelle. Stay Away.

Every 6 months I give this Chipotle another shot and every 6 months I’m reminded that it’s owned / managed by leadership who seem to not care about doing this jobs. This is always under staffed, out of food, and it takes 30 plus minutes to order pickup on a basic order

Don’t go after 8pm. They stop making food after a certain time so things as simple as rice and chicken will be out. I always forget and am reminded every time I go.

Live very close to this chipotle and love chipotle in general. So I go here all the time. However, this chipotle is terrible. Service is bad, almost always out of something or numerous things. Today broke the last straw! No rice white or brown until we waited a few minutes for brown. We weren’t that unsatisfied at this point. Girl asks us what we want so we start... and she walks away just as we start to go chat with other people telling a story she wanted to listen to. My girl friend and I just looked at each. She didn’t come back, another girl stepped in a few seconds later. Go down the line and no chicken orrr steak. Now Im kinda mad but just deal w it and get barbacoa. Salsa sour cream corn etc. toppings are minimal sizes w minimal effort. Walk out laughing about how terrible it was cause there also wasn’t a lid for our drink available. Go to eat and the first bite is so watery. Probably from the rice

Update: this chipotle has made a huge turnaround. They used to always have some kind of issue through the process but the last 10+ visits have been great. Good job chipotle.👍

Don't waste your time, you will be better off, walking over to the market and buying a microwavable meal! The food quality at this location is horrible, the rice is undercooked, the chicken appears to be old, oh, and let's not even get into how they NEVER HAVE FAJITAS available and will look you dead in your face and say they ran out, knowing darn well they are too lazy to make them. Management is literally allowing them to run this location into the ground.

This chipotle consistently disappoints with food and service. The quality of the food is hit or miss, and they are out of menu items constantly. There always seem to be more than 3 people behind the counter but none of them are going to help you until you’ve stood there for a few minutes waiting. Seems like they need a complete overhaul of staff and management. Here’s the bowl i got today lol. It was supposed to have steak beans, etc. it had two large clumps of unshredded cheeze, half a portion of steak, and no beans.

I don’t often leave reviews but I was literally shocked upon coming here. This was my first time at this location and the people that work here are incredibly rude and have a bad attitude. As soon as I got to the counter the guy did not say a word to me, just shrugged and looked at me as if I was wasting his time. The young lady further down the line was not much better. The fact that they were out of so many items would have been forgivable if the staff hadn’t been so disrespectful. The vibe in there was completely negative. Horrible customer service. Will not be coming back to this location.
