The ladies working today on 4/11 in the afternoon we're very sweet and helpful.Ive avoided chipotle for a while because service and quality has just been completely down here and even though it wasn't busy today my food was still freshmy guac was Green they had salad dressing after 1:00 p.m. the chips were stale but that seems to be a typical thing through all Chipotle so I just put them in the air fryer when I went home and everything was just pleasant.I probably won't go back for a while cuz I don't want my experience to be ruined but for the ladies working today y'all did a wonderful job and whoever else was in there working today shout out to y'all. appreciate it, thank you for making my meal awesome.

I have not always had the best experience over the years at this specific chipotle, but tonight was very different. I ordered online my order was incorrect. I called the store and asked if I could have my order made. I spoke to McKenna who was like yeah sure come in and will remake your order, when I got to the store, they were super busy in my opinion and you know just trying to catch up from the rush. They remade my bowl. They were very kind to me and not only did they remake my bowl remake my bowl. They also waited until the fajitas were completely done in order to give me my order. They are very kind to me. They weren’t rude. They were super professional and it really made a difference for me today. I’ve been having an extremely bad week and this was the highlight of my week, so thank you very much for being so kind .

This place has the worst I mean the worst customer service in the world, the mannerism and the fact that these people lie and say that they are not cooking any more ingredients in it can be in the dead of the day, or at least by 5 o’clock when I get off of work these people are so rude. There is no way on this earth that you should be that mad serving a burrito if so, why work there you guys need to reevaluate the staff because the type of people are there are truly despicable. The only nice person that works. There is the Latina lady she’s short she’s heaven sent.

This location seems largely unsupervised. Young adult clerks, listless and bored. Working for poverty wages. Serving all the weirdly entitled customers.There's something kind of off-putting and gross about the prep table. Slopped over, always a mess. Ah yes, drag those damp cleaning rags near and over the open food pans.Food pan almost empty? Flip it? Nah, bro, here's a fist full of mushy dumpster lettuce and 3.4 ounces of dried out chicken.

I think I could be a brand ambassador for how much chipotle I have consumed in my life and without a shadow of a doubt, this is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I’ve never seen all ingredients available at a given time. Staff are often dismissive, frequently get my order wrong on the fly. Chips are perpetually either soggy or salty. Meats are also frequently too salty. They’re always out of ice, and the iced tea is never prepared. I only go back because it’s the closest one.

This is by far the worse chipotle I have ever been to. I’ve been going here for over a year and nothing has changed which I’m surprised about given that there’s so many bad reviews. Where is corporate or management? The staff here is extremely unfriendly. The lack of customer service is appalling. The place is a complete mess and this location is out of at least two items every single time I go. Today it was carnitas, lids and sodas. They sold me a cup for a soft drink, yet I went over to the soda machine and they are out of almost every single drink. They also were out of lids, using tin foil to cover all the side sauces that spilt all over the bag and now my car. Not to mention, they give half portion sizes for meat and look at you like you’re crazy if you ask for more. The meat was cold as well. I will no longer to be going to this location. I’d rather drive several extra miles for quality service and hot good food. Chipotle, please do better.

This place is just the worst. Each time I vow to never go back, but it’s the closest chipotle. Never have what you want there, especially the steak. Most recently I ordered a carry out order of double steak. What I get is like 5 pieces of crunchy burnt steak crumbles.

This location is absolutely terrible. I have not had one single good experience ordering from here. There is a 90% chance they are out of multiple ingredients at any point in time. Today it was white rice, sour cream, and lettuce - I walked out along with several others without ordering. It wasn’t even 12:00 yet. Last time I ordered on the app and they hadn’t even started making it 15 minutes past the pickup time (despite asking twice). Finally I just went through the regular line because there was no one helping. Time before that, it took 20 minutes to get a bowl made with just 4 people in front of me in line. I asked for no beans and chicken, had to stop the guy from putting beans on, and then he passed it to the next person and told her I asked for pork, so she put pork. She then debated with herself for about 3 minutes whether she should put the pork back in the bin from this bowl that had already touched the rice. She had no idea what she was doing. Finally she made a new bowl with chicken, but the next guy for toppings got so mad when I told him the pork bowl was a mistake and not mine. He literally acted as if I insulted him personally. The employees here do not give a single care in the world, but the management is truly terrible. I’d rather drive to a different location than walk the 2 blocks to come here.

Hands down this is the worst chipotle in town. You're better off going to the inner-harbor or greektown chipotle. There is no such thing as a "normal" experience at this chipotle, and it is always bad (food and staff)

This is the only thing I ate today and I now have food poisoning. I swore to myself I would never come back because this is the worst Chipotle in America, but I stupidly gave it another chance today. They didn’t even have bowls…they served my food in a lid with a piece of foil on top. I can’t imagine the nasty stuff going on when they are preparing the food. I love Chipotle in general…but this location needs to be shut down.

Every time I come to this location particularly at night, they NEVER have anything! They're always missing ingredients. How do you run out of BOWLS? The night manager clearly isn’t doing a good job. So much cross contamination and nobody is labeling! Last time coming back

Great location, all has been well until my most recent visit. jan 2nd 2024 this particular location ran out of bowls...... I of course settled for a burrito, but logistically how are you not prepared? Not sure if the manager is on holiday vacation but regardless do better guys.
