I'm not in this area much, but wanted tacos and had them here for lunch. Very tasty and fresh. The restaurant, including bathroom, was very clean.

I've been to this location a few times. Every time I go, there is something that's not right. Once, they wouldn't let you walk in and order, you had to place an online order and then come inside and pick up. The last time I went was for veterans day. They didn't honor the BOGO deal that was being offered that day AND they charged me for drinks i didnt ask for (originally, I thought they were giving me drinks because I didn't get the bogo deal but I checked the receipt and I was charged.) The whole experience was pretty annoying. The food doesn't usually disappoint. The staff isn't usually rude but the location is always doing something off. I won't return.

This chipotle surprised me, I wasn’t expecting much based off the reviews and was lowkey scared I was going to get food poisoning (will double back to follow up as I just ate). That being said the food was actually really good and flavorful, whoever was cooking night shift on 11/17 definitely was cheffing it up

Every time we order from this place they cheat us on everything. Either no chicken or no veggie fajitas and loads of rice or tomatoes. Why does Doordash still have them on our selection? We like Pikesville or York Road Chipotle.

I always come here. Don’t have to many complaints other than a time some tough guy on the grill after being asked by a fellow coworker how long before chicken is ready his response was “It ain’t ready yet, it will be ready when it ready” somtbing similar to this while looking at me. They always have most items if not all. Staff are good for the most part. Couple of the guys I noticed want to try and look tough for no reason. Only other thing I don’t like is they don’t give water cups. So you have to buy them which are like 3.50$ which is expensive for tap water. I don’t think this is cool. Maybe invest in some cheaper smaller see through cups. Im sure it has to do with other people stealing fountain drinks. But most people I’m sure are honest. This is the only chipotle I know that charge for water cups. Even the trash chipotle on St Paul don’t charge for a water cups. Outside of these things. Overall. 3.5 to 4 star reviews is appropriate.

I'll try to be charitable. I ordered two burritos for takeout via the app. The chicken burrito was excellent, very tasty and filling. The second, a sofritas burrito, had four hairs stuck to the tortilla. I saw one, thought it might be mine, and ignored it. Cut it in half to heat it, and saw another one. I flipped it over and saw two more hairs stuck to it. They definitely weren't mine as they were against the inside of the foil wrapping and not exposed. I didn't take a picture of them. I threw away the tortilla and ate the filling (after close inspection), but it still grossed me out. Hopefully this will be addressed. Also, the restaurant reeked of weed. I don't plan on coming back again.

Excellent customer service and very good food. However, the establishment is poorly maintained the floor is in bad condition and the tables are unappealing. The overall appearance makes it uninviting to dine in, so I would prefer not to eat there.
