DO NOT GO TO THIS CHIPOTLE! THE STAFF WILL LET YOU CHECK OUT AND REFUSE TO GIVE YOU YOUR FOOD! The staff during the day on Feb 28th were the rudest I’ve ever encountered. First, there was an older lady attempting to give her orders which they were rushing her through and they continued to get wrong. They wouldn’t even fix the ones they got wrong they just kept pushing her along. Once it was my turn I also experienced the same behavior. At checkout, I asked for another bag since I also had several orders. The guy said .05, which is fine , BUT I was also given attitude by the other cashier for asking. She stated oh you should’ve said they were separate before he bagged them. Hmmm. I then was told I could take the bag or leave it they don’t care how long I waited “it’s whatever, they are at the front and it’s not their problem”. By then end of the transaction the guy took back the food! Yes an employee took back the food that I was in the mist of paying for after asking for an additional bag. Something must be done. Hopefully, someone in management looks at their cameras today between 12:00-1:00pm to see how they were treating not just myself but several customers. Unacceptable!

I ordered through door dash and my bowl was COLD . Like they didn't warm the food up. It wasnt the driver he had a insulated bag . Horrible. Do yourself a favor and order from a different chipotle

Honestly I just got 2 really solid burritos from here, and have always had reliable service. The staff are perfectly nice. Not sure why this place gets a bad rep.

I order online typically but today I went inside to make my order. The customer service was horrible! No greeting from anyone in the store. As I order my food, I'm told at completion that they have no salsa and they aren't making anymore. This would be ok at closing and not at 4pm. This site needs development for customer service. I'm going to leave feedback until I see the change. Do better!

Their portions are half a scoop for protein now. Their attitude was always garbage but at least the food portions were ok. Now it's just straight up robbery.

There was a single piece of chicken in my burrito & a single green pepper(which I’m guessing was meant to satisfy the fajita veggies part of my order). The rice was also rock hard(almost hurt my teeth). Made me wonder if anyone had even bothered to cook it (the rice). The entire burrito was made up of 98% rice.

Please hire new management or close this location! I love chipotle, but this location is a disgrace to the brand— dirty interior, inadequate portions, and horrible attitude from “manager”. She needs extensive customer service training & people skills.

Went there one time and they didn’t have rice, went there a second time and they only took mobile orders, went there a third time and while I was waiting in line they said they only took cash. Terrible every time. Also they don’t give water cups.

This chipotle is a joke. Fiancé went in to pick up our mobile order. They forgot the drinks which she caught immediately and she also noticed they forgot our chips to go with our side of guacamole. They gave us the chips but when we got home we realized we should have checked the full order. Not only was both of our meals incorrect but they didn’t even give us the side of guacamole. If you’re thinking of coming here. Think again!

I really hate doing this, but the one star review is necessary for this place.
I'm a big fan of chipotle but this place is without a doubt the most poorly managed chipotle I've ever been to.
The soda machine is broken every time.
Fix it.

seriously. It's really not that complicated. Fire the company handling it, and find a new one.
And stop being so light with the proteins. People are paying damn near $20 for a bowl. Put a full spoonful of chicken on there.
It's crystal clear that the only actual training taking place here is on how to fill a bowl with nothing but rice and lettuce.

I typically have a decent experience here at this location, but definitely not today. I went in, to inquire about the smoked brisket, taste, etc, the girl was so nonchalant and not customer service oriented, she says, "I would stick with what I know", I then asked her about a manager and she says there is no manager here. I moved on the amount of meat given on both of my bowls was insane. The guy next to the girl serving the protein says, "You can put a little bit more on this one" still just a pinch, literally. I move along, get to the cashier, cashed in for my half bday reward which was a cup, only to find out the soda machine was down and never mentioned by the cashier. She says to me well you can speak with the manager, she's in the back. Let's go back to first being told there was no manager on site, to now from another person, a manager is there. I could not be compensated for my free cup redemption. This place has very poor customer service and awful staff. I could continue further about this experience and how it escalated further, but I'll leave it at this for now.
