Most efficient Chipotle I’ve ever experienced
I ordered 3 tacos, the lady that waited on me looked like she did not want to be there. She didn't warm my tortillas. The next gentleman in line had the same sad expression. He barely put any toppings on tacos and I had to ask for more. He did it but still no expression on his face. The lady that rang me up was smiling and spoke politely. Poor customer service for a location that is hopping! The food was subpar and cold. Can't say I'll frequent this airport Chipotle again.

The worst staff I have ever encountered. How rude! They have absolutely no manners or respect for customers. To make matters worse, they shouted loudly right to our faces. Completely unacceptable experience. Avoid this place!

Worst customer service, incorrect order and highly racist. I am sick and tired of chipotle encouraging such bad behaviour from their teams. I had my kids with Mr and came to order a few items. As soon as I placed 1, I told the girl that I had a few more to place. Immediately she started yelling at me that I should I told her upfront and that she can take multiple orders together. The other lady next to her piled on. I got incredibly angry but had to hold back because my kids were there. I asked her if she was going to take my order and they said yes but continued to talk about me right in front of me. Then when I gave them all the orders up front they couldn't manage it and made me repeat it multiple times....and got them wrong. This place should be shut down or replaced with new staff.

Bad tempered workers. Rushing your order when there is no line. Go to Chick-fil-A instead
Just got a salad earlier this evening with brisket, guacamole, black beans, and the corn salsa. Gave me food poisoning. The place was a mess and they were running out of a lot of items. I should have left but Chipotle is usually a safe bet. This location is NOT. Choose something else. For your own good.

At 9:15 PM they had a full line and told everyone that what was out was all that would be out, as they didn’t want to cook anymore food. Ridiculous. Chicken, cheese, and hot sauce were your options for the bowl. Basically we’re only willing to restock ingredients that didn’t have to be cooked.

If you are hungry before your flight, you should just not eat. This place is like a prison line for food. They’re out of half the stuff, and push you along the line.

This place is always the worst. Every time I fly in and out of BWI I give them a chance. They are ALWAYS out of items. Today I ordered a salad and GUESS WHAT......at check out I ask for salad dress and i was rudely told "no dressing" last time no corn, time before that no lettuce. I mean how hard is it. Not to mention the people who work here have the WORST customer service! Last time I checked a paying customer shouldn't be treated like an inconvenience! Just sad!

First the servers if they don’t like their job find another. Everyone unhappy and doesn’t know what is going on. Then out of veggies she was scraping the last 10 that were left and when I asked don’t you have more you have a line of customers the answer with rolled eyes was NO. So I said so when the bucket is half empty you don’t start grilling for some more and she was like no like it’s not the customer that’s paying. For never again

Omg I’m absolutely in shock!! I haven’t received this type of service literally EVER!! ! The absolute worse customer service & rude employees at 5am in the morning. The cashier clearly hates her life!! People really wake up & start their day this angry unbelievable!! She was EXTREMELY RUDE & has absolutely no people skills (quit & find another job please) I was told when I walked up “ what you see is what you get. If you don’t see it we don’t have it! were only taking card payments are you ready to order!” I’m assuming all the employees this morning aren’t very happy because it shows!! I see the ratings now & I should’ve checked before attempting to order. Please do something about this location. Not for me because I don’t care how many times I fly out of this airport or how hungry I am I WILL NEVER EAT HERE!!! Do it for others. but trust me they will see & experience the exact same thing.
