Worker was yelling at customers aggressively who were not in line, asking them to get in line while they were still deciding what to order. Another worker did not even wrap my burrito, just folded it up and wrapped it with tin foil. The whole staff was just rude, obnoxious, and loud. On top of it all, one of the workers was digging in his ear while serving food.

I went twice on different occasions. Probably the rudest staff I have ever encountered. Screamed at my younger sister and other customer for doing nothing wrong and made snarky comments. They were also out of chips.

This place DOES NOT open when they say they do and the staff are consistently rude when asking about when they WILL open. We fly out of BWI very often and it's always like this. Why does it say they open at 4:30 when at 6 they are still preparing food and being rude to people? So ridiculous.

Soda machine broken. Ice machine broken. No iced tea. No fajitas veggies. Semi-rude staff. And the food was cold. I pass through here a few times a month and every time I try to give this location another shot, I am once again disappointed. Which is sad because I love my burritos and bowls!

Awful, terrible, horrendous, what other bad words can you describe people and a restaurant? Rude, mean, and careless employees results in not getting what you order and a big LONG hair in the bowl. We all like Chipotle, DO NOT GO HERE!! Wait until your plane lands and go to your local, NORMAL, location. THE WORST!
