This is a carry out so you have to get your food and go. I use public transportation so by the time I got home my food needed reheating. Im sure it would've been better had i ate freshly cooed.
Fried Fish at its finest....you used to be able to get fish all over Baltimore back in the 80s and 90s, chos has been here for years now and is loved by many, sometimes a line out the door.
The food was very flavorful (steak fish and potatoe salad). The service was great. The price of the steak fish was excessive. $19.99lb. That's crazy. It's more than crab legs at a grocery store. The store could use a renovation.
