First time visiting in over 16years. The new upgrade is nice. There alittle over priced for things now.

Went in the late afternoon with my grandson, and it was nice and enjoyable. Small amount of people there. Tables and booths could have been a little cleaner.

Some kids used my children’s credit and used them for themselves. Some examples: My 2nd child was being forced to help some kid whom we don't know. (1). My 1st kid used some credit for a picture and, some other kid came and sat with him, we don't know him. (2). My 3rd kid wanted to play a game, and another kid was using his hands to pull something, and not use the hammer.

Staff is FANTASTIC! Food is very good! Playroom is kept clean! Has the best Chuck E Cheese!

My grandkids love coming here!

I booked a birthday party for my daughter not too long ago. The location i was aware that is smaller than others Chuck e Cheeses in MD, but the problem wasn’t that… i don’t know if all of the stuff is so unprofessional like the stuff we got but there where two girls that were so rude, and they couldn’t wait for us to get out!! I know you can be tired but i bet you know what it takes to work at a loc like this which includes KIDS! They brought the food one by one and not all together and all of my guests were hungry as hell at the end because the food did not came in time, we had ordered also wings and fries and these came at a difference of 10 minutes… and i have to mention the guy that played Chuck e Cheese for the show was SMELLING WEED LIKE HE WORE A PEFUME OF WEED, all the kids and guests felt it and it was so weird… but worse than that is that they forgot to bring the dippin’ dots ice cream for the kids, which it was included in the orice i paiddd, i asked at the end and they gave us a bag of 10 ice cream but for nothing because all the guests already left.. and also they closed the prize store before all the kids got the chance to take their prizes even my daughter which was the birthday girl did not get the chance to take her prize. They forgot a lot of things that were included in the package that i got and i was so sad about all the situation because I should’ve book at another location! We’ll never go back to this location. 😶 ( and not to mention they charged me more because i’ve seen when i got home in the receipt, i know it was my fault i did not check at the right time but they were already closing. )

Lots of games for kids to play. Only negative thing Chucky cheese himself was no where to be seen.

We enjoyed the place a lot and had a great time although the prizes are really lame

I am at Chuck E Cheese with my grandchildren. I ordered food and have waited over an hour. From 445 to current time 546. I have been told. Twice10 minutes. Then was asked do I want my money back. When I am only here because of my grandchildren. So I have no choice but to wait to feed my grands. And to think all the $$$ i sent on those game cards. Customer service socks. I will go back to the Glen Burnie location.

Unorganized please Watch your purchases here I was told my purchase didn’t clear to rewsipe my card, I had to prove that the purchase was authorized by showing it on my phone. I WISH we had similar options to this place SMH
