Unpleasant flavor, the strawberry and coffee milkshake is pure ice/water (I had ordered chocolate) Such a well-known brand and they come out with this! The cinnamon roll is tough! Very disappointed! I'm sorry but I really didn't expect this from this brand! I ordered through DoorDash, it was very expensive and not being able to enjoy it is a shame!

Actually fair. New guy's first day on the job. Understandably learning on the job. Failed to properly scan QR codes from my phone though nor understand the concept of gift certificates. That's a significant minus
