So I placed a DoorDash order for a 6 pack of buns and when I got them they were hard as a brick. They were either overcooked or an old box from the previous day. I placed a reorder and the 2nd box came warm but they are also the same consistency very hard and nothing like the cinnamon buns I’m used to from this establishment. Clearly quality has taken a huge dive here. Your product is to expensive to be getting over on your customers like this. Please do better!

The cinnabon was stale and tasted awful! I was shocked at how bad it was. They had all these coffee machines but no coffee available to purchase. I didn't understand it. And the man behind the counter didn't seem to care one way or the other. Now I know Eastpoint Mall is not a hive of activity, but the way this place looked and was run was awful. It looked dirty when we sat down and really looked. I was really surprised they'd let it get that way. No way I will order from or go back to this location.

I came with my children today, the person who took care of us was very rude. Other times the service has been good and friendly, but today it is terrible. We asked for more 4 things and in each of them he made faces and gestures and even in the last order he did mmm like boring or something we asked for

cant say anything about their cupcakes but man...BANANA BREAD PUDDING IS PRETTY AWESOME.came here on a hunch from a couple friends who talked about a trip to the original .

The lady behind the counter was very kind and patient, took her time answering our questions about what each donuts was. We bought five, each was delicious, and extremely inexpensive at only a dollar each! We came right before closing, too. Will definitely be coming back.
