I have never been disappointed here before, but today… Everything was horrible!!!
-Staff was in a private call while 3 was in line waiting for her to finish her personal phone call. -Cinnabons seemed awfully small today.
-They could not take my Gift Card, because the amount on the card was smaller than my purchase of $27.11. And by this time the line was over 10 people. By the time, my transaction was complete 4 people have left the line and loss of sale for Cinnabon.

Just went to get coffee for the first time while I got it , I just looked over the menu the guy asked in a rude tone if an i waiting for something? I told him I’m just looking over the menu . Which felt uncalled for. It was not even busy .

The Cinnabons are way over baked and very dry. Then they microwave them to try to soften them. Both Cinnabons locations had nothing but over baked Cinnabons. Waste of money

I had a taste for the bun, and the one at the airport was available. I asked for a 6 pack which is 21 dollars plus tax. I asked for the employee to make me up one. The ones that sit on the shelf does not have the same taste and we can not warm them. The manager was not hospitable in her respond to my request. She said you will be charged a separate amount for each one. I said I didn't want the ones on the shelf they looked old and my family was disappointed ?. I do understand your job and this is policy i guess.The way you talk to customers reflects your sale. So now your on this platform ? and I will keep my money. Coming here again I won't patronize. The young man was nice . Thank you

Very dry and not very good. Waste of money, threw half of it away, first time I have ever done that. Not sure how you can make a bad cinnamon, but they did. Glad I am flying through as this was expensive for something this dry. Don't recommend you go here.

The woman at the BWI location repeatedly refused to sell me a box of 9 minis that wasn’t double-frosted, saying the fresh ones that were not yet double frosted had to be sold individually only. So if you want a box or 9, you are forced to buy the ones they have sitting oit that are already double frosted. How does rhay make any sense?? Some people just want to be difficult—just amazing. Never again.
