My order was taken immediately and with a smile! I was told that my small fry would take 7-10 minutes, making me believe that I would be getting freshly cooked, fresh cut fries. Instead, my fries were handed to me in about 1 minute, and they were hot recooked fries. They were dark, limp, and some crunchy. They were ok, but freshly cooked would have been better and is why I paid nearly $5 for them. Customers inside were friendly. There is limited indoor and outdoor seating, as this is a small shop. There are two single unisex bathrooms that are old, but functional and clean.

I love the poutine. I'm sad the York rd location doesn't have the chicken sandwich. That was the best sandwich at the restaurant. I miss the chicken sandwich. That's the only reason i gave it 4 stars. I miss the downtown location 😕

I don’t know what’s been going on, and I can’t explain the decline in quality of service—but they’ve messed up two of my orders over the last 2 weeks. Today for example: I ordered their crab fries, attached is a photo of what I was sent. What is this? Just cheese? No clue. Now I have to wait again for doordash to correct it and hopefully bring me what I actually paid for.

Review (6months ago) The food is decent — nothing amazing, but it gets the job done. Unfortunately, the experience is brought down by the new manager. Since the change in management, service has noticeably declined. I've personally witnessed the manager drinking while on the clock and acting unprofessionally in front of customers, which is disappointing and reflects poorly on the rest of the other staff.

Really amazing burger - great taste and cook. The sauces are superb and they have several types of toppings. I had a flavored lemonade (passion fruit) that was really amazing as well. Next time I want to try their milkshakes!

So yummy! Ordered some poutine, clark burger, grilled cheese sandwich and a byob. Everything was so delicious and flavorful. We also tried the joppiesaus. We will definitely be coming back!
