My order was taken immediately and with a smile! I was told that my small fry would take 7-10 minutes, making me believe that I would be getting freshly cooked, fresh cut fries. Instead, my fries were handed to me in about 1 minute, and they were hot recooked fries. They were dark, limp, and some crunchy. They were ok, but freshly cooked would have been better and is why I paid nearly $5 for them. Customers inside were friendly. There is limited indoor and outdoor seating,...

I love the poutine. I'm sad the York rd location doesn't have the chicken sandwich. That was the best sandwich at the restaurant. I miss the chicken sandwich. That's the only reason i gave it 4 stars. I miss the downtown location 😕

I don’t know what’s been going on, and I can’t explain the decline in quality of service—but they’ve messed up two of my orders over the last 2 weeks. Today for example: I ordered their crab fries, attached is a photo of what I was sent. What is this? Just cheese? No clue. Now I have to wait again for doordash to correct it and hopefully bring me what I actually paid for.
