One of the worst restaurants I’ve been too . The food is ok at best , and the service is the absolute worst . The people behind the counter are super unhelpful and go out of their way to try not to help you. had to wait forever for my order.

Omelets that were supposed to have cheese, mushrooms and peppers, were basically only stuffed with peppers. Hash browns meant a commercial potato pancake from the freezer that's dried out hard in the microwave. The staff are a couple of girls that behave like they're comatose and barely respond to external stimuli. The tables are dirty, despite it being a morning with nobody else here yet

Food was quite good. I get that the space is what it is but putting food not to go in tins and paper plates is not only very not environmentally friendly but extremely tacky and poor presentation of good food. Definitely could do better.

My friend brought me some Minestrone soup yesterday. When I tasted the soup it was almost inedible, it was way too salty. The chef must have used water from the Dead Sea, I had to reheat the soup with raw potatoes to absorb the excess salt

Mixed feelings about Cococinnos. Food is always good and it's a decent variety. However, I always struggle with customer experience/service there. It took over a year of me mentioning it to the employees and manager for them to update the stores open hours in the app, it takes a long time to get relatively simple dishes, and they always seem to be out of half the milkshake flavors, even in the morning. The cost is also high; similar kosher food is available at other restaurants.I think the store can be great, they already have good food, but they need to work on speed of service, listening to customers, availability of menu and if possible, getting the cost down.

I went into your store today for a double espresso and the young black girl who was at the cash register asked me if I wanted "a black guy" referring to the espresso as a black guy, then she asked an older Jewish worker if they called it a "black guy" I found this to be highly offensive and sad at the same time because the younger Black generation are losing respect for themselves and their culture & as much as I love the Jewish community & support them, this makes me not want to spend my money at your establishment, please don't normalize this type of stuff, thank you.
I frequent this place for breakfast, usually in the morning. Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of the food; it tends to be rather bland, lacking the desired flavor. Specifically, the shakshuka left me only enjoying the eggs. On a positive note, the huevos rancheros are tasty. I must highlight my appreciation for the fries and pizza, though.

I went to Cocoaccino's with my wife last night, spent $42 (not including tip). We both ordered soups, minestrone and onion, and it was like day three soup that was never taken off the heat of a three day yuntiv. We both had entrees as well and there was nothing, so to speak, wrong with the food but the best way I can describe it is that it tasted like a child made it. It was less a cook cooking and more someone putting ingredients together. Plus, relatively small servings. For $42, this doesn't seem right to me. About a year ago, my daughter and I came here and had a non-dairy pizza and it was terrible. So, for me, soup, a wrap, a non-dairy pizza. One might say, You're ordering the wrong foods! but... Shouldn't a restaurant be responsible for what they put on the menu? Especially when they're food is not inexpensive.
