I just experienced Colette bake shop for the first time today. I am sooo proud and impressed with all that ordered taste unknown only from site. I even added a sandwich when I got to the store. Wow. Absolutely incredible cheesecake. I grabbed their strawberry one for a friend’s birthday in DC. Not only did it withstand the commute during rush hour, it was THE BEST CHEESECAKE MY FRIENDS AND I HAVE HAD. Fantastic!!!!
