The trick is to go during off hours not during check-in/out times or convention break time. Mobs make service difficult anywhere. My service today at 1 PM was quick and Trinity was both courteous and professional. Latte was about on a par with SBUCS but the lobby environment was much more expansive and pleasant.

Unfortunately, this coffee shop degrades the stay at the Hilton Baltimore Inn hotel. The staff are completely rude and zero customer service. The first 3 nights there was a cheer competition taking place and only 1 person working. The lines were long and the young lady working was not happy, as it was completely obvious. The first order we made we asked for sugar free vanilla and it was "made" but the taste seemed off so i threw it away.We have the place another chance and tried again the next day and we were told they had no sugar free vanilla. I am diabetic and am glad I did not drink the coffee the night before as I would have gotten very very sick. As we watched the coffee shop from a distance on Monday, we noticed that there were then 3 workers and hardly any guests staying in the hotel. It is unfortunate that this little coffee shop has such terrible customer service as it's the only one in the hotel.

The staff here work so hard. The lines can get insanely long especially during a conference but they keep on trucking with a smile to boot. You're rockstars!

Listen, this Coffee Bean is *the* Coffee Bean that made me absolutely fall in love with all Coffee Beans because their quality of drinks were so good. That was in the year 2016 when I had stayed in the Hotel for the first time ever. Recently we returned and I was so excited to go to this Coffee Bean and it was huge and complete letdown. The drinks were not good at all and they were out of a lot of stuff. I don’t know if the company is over this chain and still sees about it, but if they are, seeing as how this is the only Coffee Bean in Maryland, the company needs re-train the baristas and do better to support this. Even with the years passed, it is a shame to go from what I would almost say was the best Coffee Bean to the literal worst. Even subpar ones you may go to on the other coast, are miles… leagues better than anything this Coffee Bean could ever produce on even their best day. I hate it so much personally because this exact Coffee Bean is the reason I started going to Coffee Bean, which I still like moreso than Starbucks but my last experience was almost enough to not want to go to any more coffee places. The staff were nice, most of them, but… they were not trained to make decent drinks. I hope this issue is something rectified in the future. This Coffee Bean deserves better. It’s part of the attraction of even staying at this hotel.

overpriced and sickeningly sweet. Like all I could taste was sugar. Gives you a free pass to loiter in a hotel lobby. Bit noisy but I probably could've gotten some work done if i brought my laptop.

We were staying in this hotel with a conference and the coffee shop was completely unable to manage the volume. It was disorganized, drinks were coming out with no one claiming them, and the drinks people were waiting for were nowhere to be found.Management was friendly and offered refunds, but it just wasn't worth the hassle. If you have any kind of time expectation, just put a mobile order in at the Starbucks across the street.

I truly don't understand the negative reviews for this cafe! Yes, it's more expensive than cafes not located in a hotel, but I found the lattes to be very good, the price to be fair considering the location, and have no complaints whatsoever about the service - everyone working there was very pleasant to me and all of our drinks and snacks were exactly as ordered. They even have decaf espresso! We returned to this cafe three times during our trip and each time we were very satisfied in all aspects.

Not set up to handle volume, just occasional hotel patrons.

Menu items are expensive, but expected for the convenience of not having to leave the hotel. However, the customer service is deplorable.

It's nice to get a little slice of California in Baltimore. This is one of their only locations on th East Coast I believe. Coffee is excellent. Only issue that is that it's overpriced.
Visited several times while attending a conference. Staff were pleasant, and kept the endless line moving. Food and coffee were all good and fresh, just pricey.

My experience comes from passing by the place. I stayed at the hilton hotel and thought this mini coffee, bistro bar was apart of my breakfast package. It is not. I looked around and it reminds me of your traditonal local coffee shop, pastries, mini sub sandwiches, salads, yogurt, fruit, coffee, tea. Think starbucks, I didn't buy or eat anything, so I don't know what the taste is like. Try yourself, they have mini space inside for eating. It's located inside the hotel, on the main floor next to the check in table. There is ample space on the first floor for you and your group to find space and relax in the morning.
Worst cup of joe brewed by any coffee shop. Tastes exactly like the horrible hotel room coffee. Do yourself a favor and get it from SBUX across the street. Not saying SBUX is great, but this place has set the bar super low. If it’s too cold to go out, I’d even skip the coffee, but wouldn’t want to waste my time here.
