Really good cortado. My friend who got a cappuccino liked it a lot too. Bamboo chairs & very good vibes inside
Even though you may not expect some bread or sandwich from this place, if you love nutty taste of coffee, this place is highly recommended for you. Only missing thing is a mug cup of latte.

Cute little coffee shop that I didn’t even know it existed! Met up with a workout group in front of this coffee shop. A few day later I decided to finally give it a try. It’s super cute inside! Definitely one of those aesthetic coffee shops. I was surprised on how empty it was inside (only 1 additional customer working on her laptops). I expected the place to be busy considering that it’s right across the street from the law school. I ordered the Iced Caramel Macchiato and by far, it is one of the best I’ve ever had!! I didn’t see a food menu and the pastry display was empty. I’ve been back a few times and the drinks keep getting better and better but the lack of traffic has me believing that this new favorite of mine may not make it. The staff is friendly, but can be a bit inattentive when walking in since the place is ghost town and staff is not paying too much attention. Hopefully traffic of picks up soon! This place has potential!!

I try to give every place a chance but this is easily the worst coffee shop in the city. I was served an overpriced, overheated drink prepared with possibly the most burnt and over extracted shot of espresso imaginable. The rest of the experience at this shop can be summed up by the empty case of pastries, slow WiFi, and dusty burlap bags of coffee for decoration. This is one of those sad “aesthetic” coffee shops where it’s obvious that the owners stopped caring about quality a long time ago. Learn from my experience, there are too many better options a short walk south in Mt. Vernon for anyone to consider taking a chance on Coffee Olivia.

I've been here a few times now and wish I could give a higher review. I like the location, and the interior is pretty with all the natural light. Espresso drinks have been good but not great. The energy always feel very stagnant unfortunately. Empty pasty case, tables and chairs a bit scattered, items on shelves scattered, boxes of supplies stuffed in a corner and an empty napkin dispenser on a shelf thats been there for the past year? Also, trash can was gross. I'm curious about the ownership. It seems like they have potential, but there is no soul to this place
Had a couple solid espresso drinks from here served by a kind and professional barista.
The building housing this cafe provides a great space, however it is completely underutilized and overstuffed. I want to so badly see non-chain businesses succeed in Midtown.
I am only aware of this cafe because I saw it on google maps. From the street, the only indication of the cafe is a black sign on the apartment building, facing the street. There is no pedestrian signage or inviting draw-in. This could be achieved with a sidewalk board, or even investing in outdoor seating with greenery and umbrellas. I would come here so much often if that was an option!
It’s mid-June and there are still Christmas decorations scattered on the display shelves. Boxes are shoved everywhere. There are simply too many tables and chairs for the space, making it cramped and you have to watch where you go, instead of looking up at the high ceilings, beautiful lights, and huge windows! It feels very half-assed and unpleasant to stay longer than it takes to get your drink.

Stopped by when passing through the neighborhood and am now obsessed. It’s cute and quiet inside—and they gave me the best iced vanilla latte I think I’ve ever had in Baltimore. Prices were also lower than many other coffee shops (and they don’t charge more for alternative milks!). It’s easy to miss as it sort of blends in with a bigger building, but definitely worth trying.
