Removing from my “want to go list”
They have an amazing espresso machine (Slayer) but crappy dark roast beans - and the barista over steamed milk for cappuccino. Barista needs training in both craft and service. Two stars for a clean bathroom. Won’t return. Go to Ceremony. And reading owner response from another reviewer who criticized bean quality-feedback is clearly unwelcome. Please educate yourself on beans, customer service.

Beautiful shop with great coffee equipment. Awful coffee, Costco pastries, sterile service, just obviously focused on looks more than quality. Try partnering with a local roaster to take advantage of training instead of an LA based roaster. Also looks a lot like they ripped off the design from Good Neighbor. Another cafe opened by an owner that doesn’t know what they’re doing.

The coffee and service are good, but the shop lacks warmth and comfort. It's sterile and not a good place to sit and talk.

A bit expensive at $7.74 for a cappuccino that was more of a latte. Cute space though.

This coffee shop is beautiful and the quality is amazing. I got a shot of espresso and it was easily the best of gotten in this area Fresh and delicious and the prices are beyond fair. Erica the Barista was sweet and kind. Her service was impeccable. My only thing with this shop (not a complaint) is that I can not order for pickup. There are often mid day moments where I wish I could order prior to my lunch break and go grab a pick me up. If I could just call or order online I wouldn’t fret about not being back on time to see my first patient after lunch. I hope that changes soon because I’d be there much more often.

Good coffee but I found this place to be remarkable sterile and cold.
Nothing out of place. Very quintessential coffee shop.
There was a lot of seating so perhaps it gets busy with university students but was empty in the AM when I walked by.
Party options were anemic.

Given that Starbucks is nickel and dime-ing you for every single customization to your drink (literally charging as much as $2.50 more for a few extra shots of chai), I began my quest for a new tea/coffee shop. I happened to pass by this place on Sunday as I was strolling through Artscape and was curious about their offerings.

Today on my lunch break I stopped in for an Iced Strawberry Matcha (sooo good!) and just to check out the overall vibe.

Overall, I liked the experience. The drink was satisfying, I was especially impressed that the matcha was made in the traditional way. The atmosphere is super relaxing and inviting, I honestly didn’t want to return to work. Finally, the barista’s disposition was inviting and helpful, she made suggestions to improve my selection and overall experience.

I think I’ve found my new favorite coffee/tea spot. ?

Vegetarian options: They offer options for various nut milks for drinks.

Had this spot on my to visit list since April, I finally decided to stop in today on my way from the train station.
I'm glad I did.
The Croissant & White Chocolate Mocha is amazing.
The atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing.
I received excellent customer service from Erica.
Will totally be returning.

Small and welcoming modern cafe. Very coffee focused but there are great spots for food nearby. Both the pour over and the espresso was exceptional. I also thought it was very reasonably priced and the barista was kind. I recommend the blueberry and strawberry syrups for anyone wanting to try something new!

Great place for quality coffee or tea (i’m partial to their iced chai) and to work!! They have pretty strong wifi and it’s fairly quiet enough to take meetings if need be.

Olivia Coffee is the perfect little pit stop for your morning cup of Joe. The music is simple, the location is convenient, and the coffee is delightful. They recently added lavender syrup, which quickly became my absolute fave. However, when I stopped by for my go-to iced caramel and lavender latte with whole milk (trust me, it's good and refreshing), I discovered the lavender was no longer available. WHAT!!!!!! Now I dread the walk of shame to Starbucks for my lavender fix.

Olivia Coffee, please bring back the lavender! I get it, it's reminiscent of spring joy, but it's a great flavor to have on the menu year-round. You are the perfect pick-me-up location near my office, and having lavender back would make it even better!

Overall, the place is cute and quaint, the coffee is excellent, and the customer service is amazing!

Nice coffee shop near University Of Baltimore. Plenty of seating and good customer service. I think the owner could offer a bit more options on the Menu like seasonal drinks, but other than that, it's a great place to check out and nice to work from.
