Cold Stone Creamery

I placed an order through DoorDash, I ordered a large ice cream, the charge was $19, and I received this a small ice cream.
I called to the store 10 times,nobody answer.

Ordered a coffee icecream cake with Oreos mixed in and unfortunately did not receive what I paid for. Tasted good just was provided the wrong order which was for a special birthday): I assume it was because when I picked up the order the worker (morning of 11/19) seemed flustered and quickly was throwing my cake together and must have forgotten. It was probably an honest mistake, but it appears from other reviews this is common here.

I love Coldstone ice cream cakes and it’s always one of my go to’s. However the staff member made this experience so unpleasant. The staff was so unhelpful both on the phone and in person and tried to sell me an expired cake. Not only did they refuse to do their job and provide any assistance in buying the cake but was incredibly rude and dismissive. I’ll never be coming here again.

This was my first time at a Cold Stone and Kalyn customer service made my experience very nice. They also have adequate setting so you don’t have to stand.

I paid for an online order for my son birthday and they sold it how do u sell a cake that’s pre order now the day of my son birthday we have to order another one I will never go there ever again if I could leave a zero review i would have

The staff here are very nice and professional I always appreciate being served with a smile. However they do not have cold stone creamery’s signature flavor of cotton candy. I came here with my entire family and grandchildren who traveled from northern antarctica to simply try some of the world-famous cotton candy ice cream only to be left disappointed and with my grandchildren in tears. Such a heartbreak, simply because I don’t know how much time i have left on this earth.

P.S.
i will remove this review once there is cotton candy ice cream.

Ice cream is yummy yes but also thank you Rob for helping me jumpstart my car & charge my phone when my car died!

Damien was so rude.

Terrible service. Walked in Sunday evening at around 5 pm and although there were only 2 people in line, the orders were taking forever , the people who worked there had no interest to serve the customers. I didn’t have the patience to wait longer than 15 min and I left. Never coming back.

The gents working the register and ice cream line were hustling. There were over 10 people in line. The service was great and quick. The icecream was fresh and mixed well. The gent at the register even signed us up for the rewards program while we checked out. Give these guys a raise! Great experience.

I have a peanut allergy and they couldn’t accommodate that. I’ve been to other cold stones and I’ve never had this issue before. My bf and I waited in line for 15 minutes to be told we couldn’t get anything bc of my peanut allergy.

8/6/24 My kids wanted a milkshake so I drove here (an hour before they closed)- wasn’t greeted or anything- a black girl with a scarf just stared at me: (ironically another review is posted with her picture below me…) she finally asked what we wanted and I told her two milkshakes and told her they wanted separate toppings: she puts like 5 different toppings in the blender and I’m explaining to her the want the same flavor ice cream but different toppings/ she’s not comprehending what I’m saying to her and mixing their different toppings into one milkshake- it’s not rocket science- a job that requires zero brain cells and she still can’t do it correctly. Wow. She spilled a jar of cherries in the sink and put it back on the counter to top with someone’s ice cream and it was nasty and unsanitary.
Ended up leaving and went to friendlys. It baffles me who they let work in customer service anymore.
