Every time I come to this particular location the cook with the short dreads always appears behind first thing in the morning! He lies about the times, he is never ON TIME to prep and I end up canceling my order every time i try to give this location a chance. I’ve never had poor customer service with CONNIES other employees. It’s particularly this cook that is there working the morning who is NEVER prepared. He is a sore thumb to the brand !

During my initial visit at Connie' in the springtime, the waffles and chicken was so delicious. The waffles was such a nice size that I had to create portion size food because it was so much to eat. Yesterday, however, I was disappointed with size of the waffle ordered, the strawberries were moochie, and it seemed paying $15 was not worth it. I don't think I will be eating there again. Maybe because there was only one employee working and trying to prepare other orders at that time.
I go to get a drink from Connie’s chicken and waffle and sees a male with a Nike cap on his head.. and a dirty uniform on.. I understand you’re working, but does Connies chicken and waffle care about their employees appearance? His pants were sagging off of buttocks.. Overall, the look of the employee was not pleasing nor pleasant. Please fix this issue appearance since everything. I don’t know how Connie‘s work, but that’s a no go.

I order from here on DoorDash had a taste for waffles for lunch the I order chicken and waffle NO EATING UTENSILS I PAID 1.50 extra for honey and they didn’t add it so now I have dry tender and nothing to eat with that’s horrible

This spot is amazing! Best chicken and waffles I've ever had. The chicken was fresh, tender, juicy and perfectly seasoned. The waffle was so flavorful as well. This place doesn't disappoint !
