The Best Customer Service! How can you not order from them? The owner, Ahmed went above and beyond the call of service. He let me know that my pickup did not happen so he personally delivered my order and it was delivered earlier than I had anticipated. Great communication and love the pic he sent me of the delivery. So happy with the arrangement and service. I can’t say enough, other than order from Ahmed!!

I needed a cookie bouquet delivered to a friend in VA and saw Cookies by design, so I called them. I am in Albuquerque, NM, and had no idea how far away the business was from my friend. I found out it was 50 miles, but Ahmed was so helpful to say, no problem, he'd make sure the bouquet was delivered. I am so grateful that he made the extra effort and I highly recommend Cookies by Design. My friend absolutely loved the cookie bouquet. Thanks again, Ahmed!
