I’ve been here twice and will return again! On Thursday nights they have live jazz. Both times we all were very satisfied with our food and cocktails. The cocktails are not watered down to say the least lol. The only issue is that the food takes a while to receive however the food is always hot. Great service by staff from the beginning to the end!

We went for a friends birthday. I ordered a drink as soon as we got there. 35 mins later the waitress comes over to say they only have cran apple juice. So they can’t make my drink. Who carries cran apple juice 😂😂
Ok that’s fine. I’ll just take a vodka soda. 15 mins later. No drink. I asked her. She told me i just have to wait since I changed my drink. What?!? You told me you couldn’t make it. It’s just a vodka soda. But ok. I’ll wait. We order catfish and fries. The brought just 4 little pieces of catfish. No fries. They ran out and were “waiting on some more to come”. Food was bland. But at least I got it. We left. Went across the street to the Dutchess. We had a drink in 5 mins! Amazing selection. Superb service. Food was unique, fresh and delicious. Corkscrew what a total disappointment

Everything was so amazing! I ordered the catfish grits and eggs the catfish was very crispy just like I like it, my husband had the lamb and it said it was very good, he literally cleaned the plate lol. They did forget about his lamb but we got two free shots so that was just fine 🤭. We will definitely be back

I came here with a friend during a Raven’s game. They had a DJ and the game playing so it was quite loud. Being that majority of the patrons were watching the game, I don’t think it also makes sense to have a DJ blasting music at the same time. I could barely hear the game because of the loud music but I think the music would be a good touch after the game or during half time. The DJ did hype up the crowd during major plays which was perfect.
Now for the food and service! The food was quite delicious, we got the Buffalo and Thai Chili wings which were tasty and large! There were about 6-7 wings for each flavor and it was quite filling. The drinks were expensive but good. I got the ginger tiger mocktail with tequila and it was amazing! They should make that one of their specialty cocktails!
The service was subpar. The waitress was very kind but she lacked knowledge of the menu or drinks. When asked about their tequila selection, she could only name 2. I asked her a few questions about the menu, and she either wasn’t sure or had to ask someone else for the answer.
All in all, the service and food were ok, but I’m 50/50 if I would return. But I would return for the tiger mocktail with tequila.

Corkscrew was nothing short of amazing..I had to make changes to the amount of people and the time of arrival to have our anniversary dinner. I called it was done with ease. The hostess and Maddie were kind attentive and professional. The food was so delicious lamb chops came with the perfect amount of heat the catfish was nicely seasoned and fried . And the Rasta Pasta OMG. The bartender had the drinks on point...the overal experience was wonderful and we will be returning soon

I visited this restaurant for my mom’s birthday and was very underwhelmed. Although, the restaurant is beautiful, the service was absolutely HORRIBLE! Our server, Madison, was very rude and noticeably impatient from the moment we sat down until we left. Simple questions were met with an attitude and it felt like we were an inconvenience. She was very short when asking about menu items. My mother asked her about the flavored wings and before my mom could finish her sentence, she responded with “What we have, is what is on the menu”. Another guest at my table naturally held her hand out to receive the plastic utensils requested but she threw them on the table instead. She stood over top of me as I was reviewing the receipt. I asked her to give me 5 minutes, she snapped stating “Well you can pay using the receipt”. She stood over top of the other guest at my table as she signed her portion of the receipt. Despite the wings being slightly salty and the service being terrible, we paid the bill, which unfortunately in this case, included a gratuity. After paying the bill, I asked to speak to the manager. He offered an apology and gave my mom a “birthday drink”. Unfortunately, I do not desire to revisit this restaurant. Madison’s attitude made the entire dining experience uncomfortable and far from enjoyable. I hope management addresses this, because no customer should be made to feel unwelcome.

Our first visit to Corkscrew, overall the food was Ok, I was looking forward to the collard greens and kale , but was very disappointed they were too salty to eat. The Lamb chops ,meal was good . Our table was not good , and our seat had a draft. I’m going to try again on the night with live music.

My 16 year old daughter visited this establishment, November 15th, 2025, for a dinner party to celebrate her paternal grandmother. During the party, her coat fell on the floor. When she picked it up, she noticed a black mouse trap stuck to the sleeve of her coat. There was a conversation had btwn her father and the owner(male) as of a result of my daughter’s, now, ruined coat. The owner promised reimbursement to her father after another coat was purchased.
Due to the fact that the coat was purchased by me and I would purchasing a new one, I contacted the establishment, Monday November 17th, 2025, to ensure the promises that were made would be satisfied. When calling, I asked to speak with a manager. The lady, who answered, replied that she was the manager. I explained the situation and she informed me that she wasn’t privy to the situation or the conversation had with my daughter’s dad. A male voice in the background, then admitted to remembering the conversation. At first, he denied making any promises of reimbursement…saying that my daughter’s dad told him not to worry about it.(of course, this wasn’t true…why would my daughter’s dad have a conversation about the coat)After asking my daughter, while on the phone what was said, the owner(male) confirmed that he told my daughter’s dad that he would take care of the expenses of the coat.
Once that was said, the lady(who refused to pass the phone to the OWNER involved) replied that since she isn’t privy to the situation/conversation, that “we”, her and I will allow the “them”(referring to the male owner and my daughter’s dad) handle it. I explained to her that I purchased the coat and I’m the responsible for getting a new one and asked if I could speak with the owner involved. She continued to speak over me and then disconnected the call. I called back, several times…no answer. I left a voicemail, no return call.
It’s beyond the coat, at this moment. This isn’t how business is handled or how you treat ppl who patronize your restaurant.
I hope after this lesson(the proper steps have been taken) that this establishment understands that longevity in any business, relies on the continued relationships of its patrons and how you treat them can ultimately affect the business’s life span…

This was by far the worse service i received in a long time. They were short staff my waitress was also working the bar. She took our order and never saw her agin until we asked someone to go get her. Waited 45 minutes for the food only for the Mac & cheese to be cold. I never got my 2nd entree. The waiter says why didn’t you tell me I said because you never came back to the table.to see if we need anything. This restaurant will not be in business for long if this continues. NEVER AGAIN!
