James, Marco, and Angela are the best! Great food.
They were nice and the food was good
James is a good associate, always pleasant and great customer service. He always takes care of me and greets me with a smile
James was the nicest person in Baltimore!
James was very friendly and the service was great!
James is an excellent cashier, always going above and beyond for his customers. He takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows.
Placed an order for 15 and everything except the hot honey chicken was good. Nothing was hot about HH. Also a few of us ordered the blondie and oatmeal cookies and they were replaced with something else. No explanation provided. But you live and move on. Amending this review today 5.2.25 as Cosi quickly fixed my not so great order with great follow up customer service, pizzas and cookies. BTW I know most folks don't like oatmeal cookies but they were super good. Thanks!
I was in town for a conference looking for a quick breakfast. Had a breakfast sandwich. Bland and scorching hot. The coffee was only meh. Staff was very pleasant and it's a nice place to sit for a few minutes.
Love this spot - my usual go-to for lunch. I'm a veg and almost their entire menu is or can be made vegetarian if desired. My fav is the TBM - a classic 'caprese' but on their unique (and honestly delicious) flatbreads. Canned or fountain sodas available, along with chips or apples as sides to meals. Feel like the sandwhich portion I get is worth the price, which is why I keep coming back. That and how kind the staff are!
Wheelchair accessibility: Use ramp entry off Lombard to access double-wide ADA entry doors. Proceed past elevator bays to Cosi.

I am so glad this was right down the street from the hotel. This is where you want to go. Great customer service every time, One of the ladies even recognized me after 1 visit. And smiled and knew I was from around there. Came down for a business trip from Massachusetts... But they're great. I love the chicken soup and their salad options. I came down three times in a 5 day trip. Wish we had a closer cosi.

Paid over 15 for a salad and received rotten lettuce. I will be filing for a refund with door dash. Everything else on top of the salad was fresh and I suspect they premade the salad base and didn't realize it expired. No hard feelings but I'm not paying full price for this....
