The staff was so nice and friendly, Super nice atmosphere. Pizza was great. Get a whole margarita if your super hungry, half is perfectly fine also.

In town for a convention, this was right across the street. Nice menu options, including GF and vegan. Got a bowl with adobo chicken, really good.
They had been hit hard by the event crowd and had some catching up to do, but the staff was friendly and helpful.
Next day I tried to go to another place with great reviews, got ignored for 30 minutes, couldn't even order food. I came back to Cosi and got turkey chili and a half buffalo chicken pizza. The pizza was huge and very good. Chili was good also.

Overpriced. $15 for half sandwich and cup of soup. Small portions, flavorless soup. Plenty of better options in the area for the price. Would not recommend.
Food was absolutely horrible. We spent nearly $40 and just chose to throw half our food away and leave. The honey got chicken was at least 2 days old and the broccoli seemed like it was tasty, 4 days ago. The tandoori special was okay, but the bread was SALTY. You have to wait to be acknowledged to start your order. Just disappointed in the overpriced for old seasonless 'food'.

All the Cosi’s near me closed so when I saw this one while I was in town for a conference, I had to go. The bad news is the bread isn’t made in-store any more and you can tell the difference. The bread was the best part! Now it’s taken out of plastic bags and the appeal was lost. The good news is the turkey and Brie sandwich still has a great spicy honey mustard.
