Great customer service and the food was delicious. The appetizers & entrees were excellent. It's a casual atmosphere & there is something on the menu for everyone. I highly recommend.

The food was as tasty as ever. Love the variety and everything we had was yummy. But the service was horrible. I mean, the waitress was clearly miserable - something about being pulled from the bar to serve. I wasn't even sure when she said it. No one even noticed that a salad we ordered just never arrived. And it wasn't like I could have said anything because our waitress didn't come back! Drinks were almost impossible to get refilled. (I went to the local McD's down the street for a soda after because I was still thirsty!!!) I easily rate it as one of my worst dining service experiences ever. We went for our anniversary and, since the Key Bridge is gone, it's a bit of a drive. I wouldn't go again if I just wanted crabs - too many places closer to us that are just as good!!!

The service was excellent and very attentive; however, it took longer than expected to get the drinks, but I am sure it was not her fault. I would suggest another method other than what is currently used to get drinks faster to tables. Food was good, but a little pricey. The prime rib was satisfactory but not the best I have had. Overall, I love Costas and will continue to come.

My friends and I, visiting from out of state, stopped in for lunch at Costas, and what a fantastic choice it was! I was a bit unsure about proper crab-eating etiquette, but our waitress, Michelle, was an absolute gem. She treated us like royalty, offering superb suggestions and even letting us sample the cream of crab soup before we ordered—a delightful touch! The crab cakes and steamed crabs were truly out of this world. To top it all off, Nick, the owner, stopped by our table. He chatted with us like we were old friends and even took a picture with us, making us feel like part of the family. Our visit to Costas couldn't have been better, we highly recommend it!

The food was amazing and seasoned very well. We had a dozen of the whales crabs. They were very meaty, very flavorful and very delicious. We enjoyed the drinks also and the overall atmosphere. 10 out of 10 and I do recommend.

The crab cake was delicious, but we ordered 8 oz cakes and they were very small. Any other restaurant would call that 5 or 6 oz. The fries & coleslaw were below par.
