Went to Costas Inn for our anniversary dinner. Everything was wonderful from start to finish. Ordered clams casino for appetizer and crab imperial for my main course. The food was delicious.

Food was good. Service was good. But to get the check at the end and find they had added an 18% gratuity. If you are going to add a mandatory gratuity you should just raise your prices , pay your servers more and tell people tipping isn't necessary. We have a major event coming up with 20 employees in december. Based on this one bad business practice, I won't be using your business. In that case I understand it's a standard practice. 2 people at lunch ? What is wrong with businesses these days .

OMG - what a find! Between comfy seating, relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, and menu choices, we were delighted before we even ordered. Then the food exceeded expectations - better than similar dishes from the most expensive restaurants elsewhere.
Our total price was higher than simple lunch because we over-indulged in multiple appetizers, top-tier dinner entrées, and dessert.
A friendly football chat with the owner added even more charm to the total experience.
Coming from Northern Virgina, I was in town for other reasons. Now this restaurant is my reason for return visits to Baltimore, more than any tourist attractions. I will be back!

Costas was great 👍🏾 i had cream of crab soup a half dozen of medium males and a crab egg roll 😋 everything was good and came out hot and fresh,the drink was nice and strong...and the waitress was friendly 👌🏾 10 outta 10

Service and food amazing chuck is the dude, he waited us asked us our names and actually bothered to ask us where we’re from he even told us about is family and other things. Food is amazing and chuck at the end even gave me a free strawberry cheesecake for being a respectful kid. 5 ⭐️

I can't tell you how many times I've been here (40???) but I am never disappointed. The crabs are outstanding, the service is outstanding, the price is more than fair and the beer is always nice and cold! We just ate here again yesterday and look forward to coming back.

was there Thursday night 18th Server Bella R bad service, on phone couldn't find her when needed something. Me & my friend came in for Thursday lobster night . Bella R. was our server. Was very nice greeting us and bringing our drinks out & getting our order . But once our food was brought out by someone else I asked for a melted butter, napkins , & refills it took over 20 minutes to find her to ask to bring it out cause it was not brought to me when I asked the person who brought us our food out . Never came back to check on us after that . I asked another younger women for our check because we couldn’t find our server & never got our refills . Bella brought our check out while talking on her cellphone to someone . I didn’t appreciate that 18% gratuity was already added to our check because she definitely did not deserve the 18% due to unprofessional service & couldn’t be found to get her attention for the things we needed .

I was excited to go to Coscas for the 1st time. My family has always gotten crabs from there. One of our party of 6 got crabs and they were great. I ordered the NY strip and crab cake. The steak was mediocre and not cooked as I ordered. The crab cake was horrible! I still can't figure out how lump crab meat tastes fishy. My son in law said the same. Honestly, the best thing were the hush puppies. Disappointed to say least. This was definitely my last visit. I'm looking forward to my next G & M crab cake.
