OMGGGG…Severals days straight, no one answers the phone. I understand customers in-store are priority, but make an effort to answer or have a recording so customers know b4 driving out there way to support. Please & Thank you!
This was my 1st time ordering from Crabs Down Under and I was very pleased. The customer service was amazing! When I called I didn’t get a recorded message. I was able to speak to a person who was kind and patient. I was told my crabs would be ready a certain time and they were ready when I got there. The crabs OH MY GOODNESS!! They were fresh, big, meaty, and very flavorful. The corn was also fresh as if it was picked that morning. My experience was good, from customer service...
A busy little place and I see why!! I got 2 dozen of the large females and those babies are looking right ? Paul is definitely a cool dude and has no issue helping you understand the crustacean lingo ?
