THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE! Went as a walk in was told 45 min wait , okay that’s fine so we walked around the mall and 45 min goes by and no phone call from them letting us know our table is ready. Try to go back into the restaurant and the security guard is standing behind the door and it’s locked ! Wouldn’t let us in to check on how much longer . We left it was so bad , it’s now 8:39 and they still never called us . Do not recommend at all! Unorganized, short staffed , rude security guard . Terrible !!

I literally called about 30 minutes before I started making my way to drive to this location and asked if I got there around 9:15 if I would still be serviced I was told Yes, so I drove about 20 minutes and before I could even open the door, the security and the hostess said the location was closed that literally was a waste of time and gas. I have been here a few times, the girls are not friendly, and they have a bad attitude and I ordered my non-spicy food and the person first forgot about my food then brought me what she wanted and there were not many people and it took time to bring us the food they charge tip as if they did a good job, they make you expensive the food I ordered spicy for my brothers and for me not spicy but they brought the same, I hope that the tip is optional and that the tip is given according to you like the service I usually leave tip when they give me bad service a slight tip but when they give me good service I leave more for the service, but the tip that they put for the bad service I will not return to this place anymore…..

i had an interview with them and when i get there for my interview they tell me the position was already filled , they REFUSED to communicate with me or even apologize for the miscommunication and inconvenience. this place is tacky and needs to be shut down .

Food is okay but over priced. Oily and deepfriend. While the waitress was nice and honest, service was slow and we were equiped with tools for the Alaskan snow crabs. Since Apple Bees, the restaurant is not as clean to include the bathrooms. Crab cakes don't resemble a Baltimore crab cake. It's just an okay restaurant.
Parking: It's in a mall so plenty of free close parking
The food was tasty, and we loved the varieties of sauces. We arrived during happy hour, so the drinks were affordable.

You have to pay before they make your food, they took me and my friends drinks while we were paying, and she automatically added a tip to the bill when it’s not a party of 6 DONT COME HERE!!!!!

It’s crazy because i left the store saying that this was the best crafty crab in Baltimore. Then i get home to this. The policy says you have to bring it back to the store but if you live far who’s doing that?

If you’re not going for a seafood boil do not eat here. The fish had no seasoning and taste like dirty Grease. Chicken on the other hand is over salted. On the menu it say no returns for take out it says nothing about dining an and they will not let you try something else I hate wasting my money on nasty food but came here to Celebrate my sister I should of just got nothing. You also have to Chase down your Wait But you’re obligated to play 15% tip. The other gusts made the experience much better though

This has been my fav crab spot for a min. The food & service never fails..today was the first time I didn’t like the friki tiki drink it seemed to be more juice than usual. However, they did replace it with another drink which was better. So no complaints. Waitress and owner friendly. Ohhh wait..the music was better before..soooo…Thanks, I’ll be back. Too late to put pics already ate lol
