The service was horrible the one woman walked past us about 4 times before asking what we wanted. She was not friendly at allThen two of the male waiters was "hucking" up his snot and spitting in the garbage right in front of usAnd the other one blew his nose three times picking with his fingers and throwing it out and NOT WASHING HIS HANDS!If this happened before we ate I wouldn't have ordered and or demanded my money back!It was aweful

When you think of airport food, you don't think of great food and great service. When you think of Chick Fil A, you don't think of an airport restaurant. The Chick-Fil-A at BWI is excellent. The line is typically long but in typically CFA order, it moves fast and efficiently. The food is excellent just as it is outside of an airport and the service is good as well. One good thing about BWI is that the restaurants do not have premium pricing. You won't pay $20 for a meal at CFA. This is definitely our go to when going through BWI.

This is my go to option at BWI airport when I am catching a Southwest Airlines flight. They are in the open area with other restaurants when you come thru security to get into the terminal. The service is friendly and fast! The staff are professional and make sure all orders are accurate.

We grabbed fries and drinks as a snack at the Chick-fil-a at BWI near Concourse A. The food came quickly and the service was very friendly. It was just what we needed!

I guess this isn't really a Chick-Fil-a like a normal place. They don't do the Scan deal to get points. They don't accept coupons or anything like that. And, for the first time at the CFA, my sandwich was not quite right. The chicken just fell apart in the bun, and was off somehow ... maybe over cooked or old or whatever. The people serving SAID all the same nice things most CFAs said, but without the smile and genuineness of almost every other store I have been to. It was average at best

We wanted chicken strips and a salad, but this location didn't have those. They only had nuggets and sandwhiches. The food was also tough and on the cooler side, as if it had been sitting and getting tough. Not a good experience. Service was good though
