I had a great experience. I got the pineapple/jalapeño flavor with coconut condensed milk. They also have pup cups which was great on a hot day for my dog. I was very surprised to see it.

The service is great, it’s affordable and the owner is very king and explains everything throughout. It can be pretty quick sometimes and for the great flavor It’s totally worth it when it gets busy!!
I totally recommend adding toppings or add-ons, it boosts the flavor significantly for me!
Kid-friendliness: This place is very kid and pet friendly, the place feels lively, specially once the sun starts to set - the fairy lights give it such a nice welcoming aura that makes you want to stay.

This place is a much needed addition to the SOBO area and a place that we loved visiting 1-2x a week last year.
The options are plenty and the rotating homemade syrup flavors are phenomenal. However, the size of the cups have shrunk significantly from last year. Additionally 2 of the past 3 orders have been missing flavor in the middle of the shaved ice. I really hope this place succeeds, it's just hard to justify the roughly $20 price tag for 2 people with the smaller size/improper syrup distribution.

WHEW this place is fabulous! Not only is it a super cute, locally owned dessert shop… it’s so much more than snowballs. These are creations of powdery, fluffy shaved ice, Hawaiian-style— all the classic syrups are available, but where this place really stands out are the originals. The owner also makes homemade syrups in flavors like fresh mint (LOVE), ice cream sandwiches, and creative sundae-style desserts. Best of all, there’s a really cool spot to hang out and enjoy your treat. Five stars across the board
Wow! Flavors were out of this world good! Had an Arnold Palmer flavored shave ice and it was as good at the last bite as the first. The portions are generous. An awesome way to cool off on a hot day. Will be back for sure.

Great snow cones! We each got a small, probably should have shared! I had the elderberry peach with the coconut ice cream from the Creamery - delicious. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back to check out the food truck sometime too, it smelled so good. Loved the atmosphere.
