Love making a stop here whenever I’m in the area. They have the best, most incredible pastries, both sweet and savory and wonderful service! It’s such a treat and it takes so much will power not to order one of everything! Highly recommend!

The CRUST.....
And for those on the quest for the best "shrimp and grits"...try the crab and grits.

I am making the claim that this chef has the BEST grits recipe out....stands out amongst all the places I have tried.
Enjoy!

The crab pie is absolutely amazing, and the breakfast sandwiches were good. However, we received a somewhat grouchy encounter with the kitchen staff. We ordered 2 sandwiches and 1 crab pie, but instead were delivered 2 crab pies and 1 sandwich; when we let them know, the food deliverer left both crab pies and said he would bring the other sandwich. We figured they left the extra crab pie for the inconvenience (after all they couldn't resell it); but after a few minutes an older woman came from the kitchen and aggressively told us that we only paid for one pie. The situation was ultimately rectified, not the end of the world, but we didn't appreciate an aggressive/accusatory demeanor as a result of THEIR mistake.

Also, having a photo of the chef in a silk robe behind the bar is weird and kind of vain.

The early 2000s hip hop playing was a nice throw back to Harborplace's better days!

**i’ll make it easy for you if you don’t wanna read alot . this place is it !!! 10 out of 10.ANAZING***

I can’t express how extraordinary the food at Crust by Mac is. If you’re in Baltimore, make sure you stop and eat here—it’s truly amazing, and that’s an understatement. The flavors are so homey and comforting, they elevate the entire dining experience to another level. The music creates a soul-filling ambiance as you walk in, and the food surpasses that with its exceptional taste.the amount of crab for the price is unbeatable

After enjoying their breakfast via room service, I realized I'll never settle for anything less again. Crust by Mac is superbly located, and the service is outstanding. As a visitor, this place feels like a hidden Baltimore gem that I wish I could take with me. It’s an unforgettable experience that I highly recommend.

Popped in the other weekend to try the crab pie. Despite living near the Whitehall mill location I had never gone. We were down town so we figured let’s give it a go. Well it was incredible. The crab pie is definitely one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Unreal levels of deliciousness. The staff was super nice too. The space is a little janky but that’s not crust’s fault it’s harbor places fault. Get down and get stuff. I can’t wait to go back!

This place is a 10 out of 10. The baker is most definitely a cordon bleu and take it from a cook with a French background. The people there are super friendly. The crab pie was phenomenal and the cookies are delicious. I would definitely recommend and also to add it’s in a beautiful location.

You can tell theses guys care about what they're doing. Incredibly friendly people, the house made berry jam and biscuits were delicious. Super buttery and fluffy. Khalil is real as could be and that biscuit hit the spot.

The person taking our orders took the time to answer our questions with a smile. The mini crab pies, fresh out of the oven, were possibly the best crab experiences I have ever tasted. We also tried the sprinkles pie and apple crustini's, which were both extremely tasty.

Absolutely loved the crab cakes! I'm from Dallas and have tried crab all over the country and this place is definitely worth a visit! This will be a must go on every trip to Baltimore.

Really chic place to get some lunch. I ate here for a business lunch and it has a beautiful view of the Inner Harbor. The staff are all friendly and personable. And the food was delicious! That bacon and cheese crust biscuit lives in my mind rent free.
