Stopped in to get a soft drink but they didn't have what we needed. Staff very polite and kind. Next time I am ready for a coffee this is my place!

For descriptions purposes when i arrived i picked up my order and the fair skin young lady at the front desk gave me my cappuccino and i was about to be on my way and the tall brown skin older lady said”your order was deemed ready a long time ago”…..I felt like this ruined my pick up experience because why does that matter ? I clearly am aware that my order has been ready maybe something happened on my way there ? Traffic ? Car accident ? Emergency issue? I mean what did you wanted to say to that ? How about saying please check to make sure if your coffee is still to your liking we would hate for it to be still cold . Dont be passive towards your customers . This was my first time here i heard they had great coffee . My cappuccino was still hot but maybe she should learn some customer service skills. My coffee was still nice and i was able to enjoy my cappuccino . But if that isn’t corrected I’ll have to tell my friends and neighbors to go elsewhere.Edit : i appreciate the response & clarity .

Just picked up $3.99 special bag. Stale goods, received 1 dry plain bagel, 1 round hamburger type roll, and 1 cupcake...no idea what flavor. Brought them home, threw directly in freezer. I had no desire to sample any of it. I'd love to support local businesses, however Culture Cup proved to be a disappointing experience. For comparison 7-11 has 2 cupcakes for $1.59, fresh croissants $1.29 ea. I just purchased a 4 pack of everything bagels at Dollar Tree for $1.25. I have no problem paying premium price for premium product. The baked goods at Culture Cup are sub par at best.

One of the best spiced chai lattes in the city and the customer service is always phenomenal! A great neighborhood coffee shop!

It was ok, the lady working in front was nice and took our order- the bagel I ordered was great, but unfortunately my coffee was very watered down. Maybe I just got unlucky but I couldn’t finish it.

I came here for baked goods and got a cranberry and orange muffin and a chocolate scone. Neither were too sweet and tasted pretty good. The shop owner was friendly enough. There's some seating inside along with some outdoor seating as well. A cute little neighborhood coffee shop right by Patterson Park.

Found this place waiting for Baltimore Licks to open... don't judge ?! Renee, the owner, has a great shop, great product, and GREAT story! Long love the independent tea and coffee shop!

Very classy place with excellent service. The coffee is really good, and I had the best cup of chai tea that I have had in 25 years.

First time here. Parking was easy, right across street. Variety of teas, Chai and coffee all looked good. There was only one lady working, and she didn't say hello, welcome, nothing. Waited at the counter for a few, while she finished another customers order. After she gave him the order, she asked very emotionless "what do you want?" I asked for a pastry, which she proceeded to slowly bag, and asked the next customer in line what they wanted. I was going to add a Chai tea, but she never gave me the chance to, and never asked if I wished for anything else. She handed me my pastry after she took the next customer order, with a look of sheer annoyance. Guess if you aren't a regular, you aren't welcome? And the pasties and bagels, all generic store bought. Was hoping with so many local bakeries maybe a partnership would happen with local coffee shops. Hopefully the lady working was just having a bad day, and she doesn't regularly treat customers like this.

This is a cute neighborhood cafe. It is located next to Patterson Park which makes for a great place to enjoy your tasty food and drink. The prices are a little high, but you are paying for the quality of food and location.Parking: It was very hard to find parking, plan to walk for several blocks

Cute place, delicious pastries (the strawberry croissant was incredible). Very good bubble tea, the creamy cold brew is excellent. There’s a great selection of tea, I’m excited to go back and try them all!
