These guys just wanted to charge a staff member 50 cents for an empty extra cup then laughed about it when the staff member walked away. Terrible service.

The menus shown in the old review photos are wrong. They’re from a different Daily Grind!
Their sandwich menu is much more limited.
My “Tall” coffee came in a tall cup but was only 1/4 full, with lots of foam on top. The breakfast sandwich was tasty and healthy. Lots of seating inside and out. Service was prompt but without any warmth or good morning. Anyone who is inside the building (patients, students, faculty etc) can buy coffee or food here, but you can’t just walk in off the street.

Not allowed in. Unclear this is for students only
I would definitely come again, and I recommend it to everyone.the breakfast here was. Excellent and staff so friendly, mid morning cakes and coffee yummy.
Hopkins people love it..
Great iced coffee, staff are always welcoming! The line can get long during "rush" hours (it's in the JSPH so it gets busy), but they have good system to handle the rush!
We were not allowed in since we are not students of John Hopkins. Should be more obvious on their website

Skip the regular coffee, just go straight to the Americano.

samosa's all day. also, they have really spicy chips for sale which will blow your mind.
Bagels are horrendously overpriced.
