Placed online order yesterday for pickup today. Shortly after placing the order we called to see if we could pick up any earlier and we were told they opened at 3 and the order would be ready by then. Today someone called and said it wouldn’t be ready until 4. When I asked about what we were told yesterday, the guy said it never happened bc it would’ve been ran by him. It would’ve been fine but his customer service was terrible. When I called back to cancel he said done and just hung up. More than happy to show we called.

Expect it to be a little pricey because of the good ingredients and hand-crafted process. Great hostess gift or treat yourself. Other pies are savory meal servings, allowing pie for the meal and pie for dessert.

I am really sad to share this review because I was so looking forward to trying the pies. I ordered a Banana Cream pie for a special occasion. The Pie looked good from the outside, but had no banana flavor/pieces whatsoever. There weren't even banana slices layered on the bottom or top. Out of the 6 people that tried it, not one person tasted banana. I left several msgs for the owner and even stopped in the Hampden location. The owner left a quick msg saying there was plenty of banana in the pie. WRONG!!!! After several attempts to talk with him about it, I gave up. I would never order another pie from them or recommend them to anyone. Not only was the pie terrible, but the owner had no interest in making things right. I will say, the guy working at the front was very nice and apologetic for what happened. Sadly, he wasn't the owner!!!!!!!!

The food was horrible since it was never given to us after pre-ordering and paid for weeks ago. Service sucked more after showing no remorse or empathy to their incompetency and mistakes for not having the pies we ordered available. No solution to correct it. No pies this Thanksgiving for us, Thanks dangerously delicious pies. You three guys in that rundown house made our holiday a disappointing one without desserts.

Avoid Dangerously Delicious Pies at all cost. Specially ordered and paid for 3 pies for Thanksgiving, waited in line for 90 minutes and they had already sold our order to someone else. Maybe those pies are the tastiest thing ever. Not worth it. Bad business.

The pies are fresh, delicious, and homemade! The crust could be softer though.

We ordered two slices of pie and a coffee — the Caramel Apple Crumb and the Baltimore Bomb. Both were flavorful and delicious, but the Baltimore Bomb was the standout! Highly recommend giving it a try if you visit. 🍰☕️

The key lime pie is better than the actual key lime in the keys! We used to call in first to check and see what they actually had as we drive in from the county. Used to call and they answer promptly. However this past week they never answer phone after 9pm (our post dinner drive down) even though they used to. Hope they pickup soon, would pay the premium just to get it!

I’ve eaten here and have purchased their pies in large quantities for events over the years. Unfortunately I will not be returning as a result of my last visit. It was a Friday afternoon, wasn’t too busy. It was a couple at the bar drinking and chatting and two bartenders (I do believe one was being trained). Nonetheless, I sat at the bar for over 10min before walking out. Neither of the bartenders even greeted me of acknowledged my presence.

Love this place! Brandon makes a mean gin & tonic and gave us great recommendations for pie flavors.

Awesome pies, we often pick up a Baltimore Bomb for parties and their savory slices are amazing too!

I had a slice of Baltimore Bomb, it was absurdly good.

You guys should try making a dessert cocktail menu, could be fun.

Look at this pie. LOOK at it. Is this the most gorgeous thing you've ever seen? This is my Birthday Pie, Strawberry-Rhubarb, my favorite. Rodney very kindly allowed me to pick it up before the shop was open, so I could report to my work on time. The pie was still hot. When I got to work, my boss and I each had a warm slice, then a second slice later, when it had cooled. Next day, we ate a chilled slice. It was terrific at every temperature, and not too sweet, one of the things I love about Straw-Rhub. The crust was a delightful pastry on its own (better than Mom's) and dusted with Turbinado sugar. I ate many delicious things on my birthday, but this pie was DANGEROUS. So glad my boss also loves Straw-Rhub, or I WOULD have eaten the whole thing myself. This pie made me SO HAPPY. Next time I have a bad day, believe me, I will rush right over to Dangerously Delicious for pie.
