Cross street market is busy, also a good place for quick bite. Variety of food options. I tried the Vegetarian tofu Dashi ramen for the first time and loved it's flavor.

Dashi is the best ramen I have ever had. They provide a generous amount of noodles and toppings. I got the Spicy Red Devil Beef Brisket ramen and it was packed with flavor. They also offer gluten free noodles and an assortment of gluten free toppings and my friend also loved hers. We will be back!

Very very rude customer service. Food wasn’t even good and not warm enough. I got hyped up by the pictures, I was really disappointed.

No way will I order from them again order was all screwed up, had to run out from work to take it back then the lady tried going back and forth about my order that she stated that the Uber driver made a mistake. Bad experience for my first time yea I won’t be ordering ever again. Then hair was on my napkins in the bag. They should treat customer service on another level. That way if I brought them bowl back please make sure your customers are taken care of.

Cross Street Market always has great food, but I surely wasn't expecting to get ramen that tasted this good here. The Osaka ramen with extra pork is definitely a vibe. I'm not sure I've ever had better ramen!

If you want good ramen, eat elsewhere. What I received was sickeningly sweet and salty, completely inedible. Also, if you want what you actually ordered, go else where. I ordered vegan classic ramen with vegan goyza; neither dish matched the description on the menu, and the staff were unapologetic and unconcerned with the issue.
The vegan goyza is described as mushroom and vegetables on the menu. The goyza I received had no mushrooms and appeared to have meat in it. I brought it to the staff's attention thinking maybe they gave me the wrong one. They both insisted it was the vegan one, and pulled out the frozen (not hand made) bag of goyza to show me the ingredients. Mushrooms were no where in the ingredients list, but fake meat (wheat gluten) was.
The broth in the vegan classic ramen was sickeningly sweet and salty, completely inedible. I asked about the broth, and was told the sweetness is from soy milk (no where in the menu description does it mention having a creamy broth). There were pickled vegetables in the ramen giving off a strange vinegary taste that does not belong in ramen. The noodles were chewy. The ramen was just all around bad.

Literally drove 30 minutes out of my way for this delicious ramen. I’ve tried a lot and this is by far one of the best in the area. The owner Scott is always so personable and has great recommendations! I obviously will be back lol

I ate there last week looking for a good Ramen spot, i’m glad i found it, the service and food was more than fantastic. I really enjoyed when the chef asked me my opinion on the Ramen. Dashi Ramen strives to give the people EXACTLY what they want.I WILL BE BACK!

I wanted to let you know if you are ever in the Baltimore Area, make it a priority to come and eat here. Even before I order my food, I had a chance to witness so many people eating food from this place. The staff was amazing and the service was unparalleled. They took their time to explain the entire menu. I ordered the Spicy Red Miso and the Karaage Wings were also to die for. Scott, Pink and Edison were amazing. Ask for them when you arrive
