Literally drove 30 minutes out of my way for this delicious ramen. I’ve tried a lot and this is by far one of the best in the area. The owner Scott is always so personable and has great recommendations! I obviously will be back lol

I ate there last week looking for a good Ramen spot, i’m glad i found it, the service and food was more than fantastic. I really enjoyed when the chef asked me my opinion on the Ramen. Dashi Ramen strives to give the people EXACTLY what they want.I WILL BE BACK!

I ordered the chicken ramen & the vegetarian/vegan devil option without tofu. I ended up mixing the broth from the vegan devil one into my chicken and the spicy sauce it was soooo yummy!

I wanted to let you know if you are ever in the Baltimore Area, make it a priority to come and eat here. Even before I order my food, I had a chance to witness so many people eating food from this place. The staff was amazing and the service was unparalleled. They took their time to explain the entire menu. I ordered the Spicy Red Miso and the Karaage Wings were also to die for. Scott, Pink and Edison were amazing. Ask for them when you arrive

Pleasantly surprised by the flavorful broth. My chicken ramen bowl was delicious! The chicken is sliced like a disc which was interesting. The dish certainly did not disappoint and was very filling. Additionally, the service was fast. Wishing this business the very best. This stall is inside Cross Street Market which has been renovated since my last visit there in Baltimore.

Lackluster. Ramen lacked flavor and was served lukewarm. We got the spicy miso ramen and the traditional house ramen. Perhaps other flavors are better, but based on the reviews I was pretty disappointed especially for the price. Have tried many ramen spots across the city and sadly must rank this fairly low on the list. I hope it was just an off day.

The broth flavor was super rich and full bodied. The chashu pork was INCREDIBLY tender... pork so tender it dissolves in your mouth like cotton candy. WE got 1 spicy and 1 regular bowl. Finished it all the way the bottom (which didn't have that gritty/undissolved/leftover seasoning at the bottom of the bowl that looks like sand... which means: it was TRULLY good to the last drop!??Noodles, egg, seaweed, bok choi, ginger, onions, EVERYTHING. Perfectly cooked!Really fast service, less than 10 min.Really friendly crew. Can't wait to come back!!!!

As soon as I saw other photos of the ramen, I knew I had to try this spot immediately. I ordered the Spicy Red Miso - as soon as I sat down, two or three other customers in the market came by to ask me what I had ordered. They all got in line. The flavors are so well balanced and the toppings are generous and delicious. I can't wait to return!

The ramen was good, but echoing what some others have said - it wasn’t groundbreaking. “Best ramen I ever had” would be going very far. However, it was a very good bowl (I had the Smoked Soy Sauce Tonkatsu) and was exactly what I needed.Prices are a little steep (come on, $4 for extra noodles?) - ended up paying $25 for my bowl of ramen and a drink.
