Dave & Buster's Baltimore - White Marsh

I love coming with my friends to play games, especially on Wednesdays when games are half priced. But we had lunch there for a change and the food was delicious but it took a long time for our server to deliver us our food and checks.

Lots of games were either being maintained or were out of order, I found the games had broken pieces like the big jump game had a smashed button... the hungry hipposthe balls Didn't work, they coin games were under maintenance, another coin game took our tokens and didn't work, other games did the same thing. For $53 we got 1700 points which could buy basically candy for prizes because a lot of prizes in that range were out of stock. Seemed like a a real rip off for a $7 year old!

Went during the weekend with the family. It was a long wait time due to being busy (not unexpected). The games and atmosphere were awesome, but the food was a bunch of overpriced slop. Each of us ordered a meal and a bunch of appetizers. Not a single meal could even be considered just ok. My recommendation is to eat elsewhere and then go and enjoy the games and activities.

This place was hideous. No organization what so ever. The host seats you and then you wait 40 minutes for a server. Unbelievable. I chose this location thinking it would be better...NOT. Best part about the night was the football game

Service was a little slow considering they had just opened and it wasnt busy yet but server was super nice and took care of us. Atmosphere was upbeat, our teenagers had a great time. We purchased the $39.99 Eat & Play combo for everyone and it was more than enough chips for well over an hour of gaming and we all left with chips still on our cards.

0 stars for all of the above. My family are regulars at this Dave and busters and this was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. They had a bunch of security walking around doing nothing, lots and lots or employees doing nothing other than playing with their hair and scrolling on their phones even though it was very busy. No one telling kids to stop running around as if it was a play ground. My drink nearly got knocked over sitting on a side table while I was playing a game with my kid due to the others horse play.
We then went to the hostess for a table of 3, got sent to a dirty table then was moved after complaining. We waited 25 minutes or so for a server. We got our food before our drinks. Then had to go up to ask for our drinks. The food was gross. One our burgers was so greasy it barely got eaten and then we waited so long to tell someone we just gave up.
Bathrooms were disgusting, didn’t even have any towels to dry hands or anything.
There was nothing pleasing about this it was a total waste of our day and money!!!
I wish I could have even found a manager to complain for a refund but no one was found. Idk if we will return after this.

Games were fun, however the food, bar & service were horrible. We ordered 2 drinks each & my husband got wings & I ordered a side salad. Bartender barely stopped by & we literally waited 30 minutes for our drinks (lime time ritas) she didn’t even bring our Jell-O shots. Walks off before we can even say anything about the hello shots & doesn’t come back over for another 30 minutes. By this time we only have 1 hr left before close to play games so my husband asks for the check & for the food to go in boxes. On the check she rang in a $15 salad when I wanted the $5 side salad because I don’t like chicken. She said that the salad has chicken, I said no I ordered this one, I said & pointed to the side salad when I ordered so please take it off & just cancel the food. So not only did we wait a long time when the bar wasn’t even full, we didn’t get our shots, check was wrong, my husband ate cold wings because the food took so long & I had to eat at Wawa. Will never order food or drinks here again.

Had fun me and hubby took a date night there for the 2 of us adults acting like kids for the day was fun!! But as usual it's a little pricey to actually go and have fun anymore that's the sad part!

Today I came in with my company for New Year’s Eve and with it being a holiday I assumed that it would be overwhelming and service wouldn’t be up to par however I was completely wrong.
My server was Dani and she was amazing. Extremely patient, understanding, accommodating and displayed exceptional customer service. I have a party of roughly 20 and orders placed came back correct. 10/10 definitely recommend. We will be returning. Quality of food was excellent as well. Overall our experience was great.

I used open table to reserve a time slot. Upon arrival I was told they don't take reservations on Saturdays, so I would recommend checking before reserving anything. Luckily they were not busy and I was able to get a table. I sat at a table for over 20 minutes before being even offered to order anything. We ordered and received our food very fast (within 10 mins), but never got our drinks. They can about 20 minutes later. If it weren't for the games which we came for with the kids I would have left due to poor service.

We went to check in for the reservation and they stated they don't do reservations and that it's first come first serve. They said they don't use open table. They stated they don't care that I had a reservation and that I still had to pay to get into the restaurant because they had a $10 cover charge per person. Mind you I had 8 people which cost me $84 to get them into the restaurant.

My spaghetti was overcooked and mushie. Usually it's grest. The bread sticks are assume!

Here for a school event and the service is always impeccable. Rickea and Jordan took care of everyone with a high degree of professionalism. Always a great experience here…
