Came in to eat dinner and have fun, the service at the Bar was slow, the cheese steak sandwich was flavorful but lacking the amount of meat for the $18.95 Price it had ,the buffalo Wings were good but small for the Price as well, We were disappointed for the amount of food for the Price we Paid. We went out in the gaming area and played some air hockey and several other games and had fun

Everything excellent except for the hostess at the entrance. Very bad attitude, unwilling to clarify doubts or suggest that it was more advantageous to pay to play. The arcade is always fun, but the restaurant's service need so much attention.We were dissapointed by the service we got from the restaurant.Went in, there was no host so we seat ourselves. Wait for more than 15 minutes, just for them to have us come back to the front to see a host to seat us again (I gotta wait for the host to come, and no one could help at the front)And after that, another 15 minutes wait for the server to come to the table. We order drinks and food right away, the food come, but the server never came back. Until I ask someone to call our server for the box and check.

This establishment is ran by a man who dresses as a cartoon character daily which really is all that needs to be said as to why this place is abysmal. He hires armed thugs who threaten the public when they push back against their aggressive and incorrect policies and actions as they willingly step on the public's rights.The "Officers" he hires for the weekend can be best described as police LARPERS who like to ego trip on fellow staff, the public and employees of the mall. He may have one actual police officer employed to mask this detail but the major of the guards are nothing more than violent, unhinged dangers to society.I pray for anyone who unknowingly eats at this establishment and more so takes the risk of physically being inside while surrounded by the corrupt employees who dwell in this bedlam.

We went on a Saturday night so we knew it would be busy. The games are not very well maintained, some jipped you of your points and some don't have enough balls to release, etc. That wasn't a huge deal to me. What really swayed my mind was the service. We sat down to eat. The price of the wings was outrageous, $18 for 8 wings! And then they forgot to make my son's steak, so they served all 3 of us our wings meanwhile my son is waiting 15+ minutes for his food to come out. I felt bad and waited to eat until his food came out. During this wait this was the ONLY time we saw our waitress who came by to say the steak would be out in a minute. Which turned into 15 minutes. My kids were eating the ice in their drinks because we never saw her again. THEN, the waitress informs us the gratuity is already added to the total. I'm a great tipper but this was the first time I only wanted to tip the minimum 15% because the service was so horrible but I didn't even get that opportunity. And lastly! A weak long island iced tea was $12!! I regret eating in here and should have just went next door to Buffalo wild wings ?? we'll definitely be returning in the future for the games but we will never eat here again.
