Dimsum Palace

This place is great!!! The food is excellent. We usually go for dim sum here but we had also had family gatherings with a 10 course entree special. The food is always on point. I have taken friends here and they always enjoy the food even though some of it is not their regular kind of food, they would try it and love it! I reserved 2 tables for my father's 85th birthday with the 10 course entrees. Everything was great, they even brought out extra plates for us when I brought out the cake. The manager (maybe owner) then handed my father a birthday gift! That is not great customer service with heart. Love this place for great food, lovely atmosphere, and great customer service.

It was a very clean and comfortable setting. The service was very good but the food was the star! I enjoyed every dish that we tried. I liked being able to taste multiple selections.

Ordered pickup on 12/25 (Placed 12:31pm with ETA 12:56pm). When I arrived and asked for a rough ETA around 1:15pm, the front desk manager, Sam, used profanity and was unprofessional. Another staff member was helpful and provided a clearer ETA. I can understand holiday rush delays, but the manager’s tone/profanity ruined the experience.

Solid dim sum option! Servers were very attentive. Dim sum options were decent; had all the standards plus a few surprises. My husband really liked the Hong Kong noodles; I thought it was ok. My favorite were the pan fried shrimp and chive dumplings.

I was a little confused by the menu as it didn’t specify what are in carts vs what you had to ask for. Maybe I missed something.

This place is a gem! I regret not trying this place sooner. The duck, shrimp and chive dumpling, ice tea, and more were a breathe of fresh air in flavor and taste. The service was perfect and we never felt rush. Once we were finished, we both felt that we were satisfied to our need but didn't feel like we overate. We honestly wanted to order one of everything. I will happily rave about this place

We’ve been regulars for dim sum, but when we crave canto comfort food, this place can hit the spot! Love that dim sum is available for dinner too. My kids want dim sum at all hours and it’s great we can get both!

My daughter requested dim sum and Chinese for her birthday. Service has always been friendly and attentive, but when I asked if they do anything for birthdays, I was told not really which was totally fine by me. I just thought I’d inquire to make my daughter feel a little special.

They went above and beyond and gifted my daughter with egg tarts with a candle, and then also a gift set of bowls and chopsticks. It was so sweet and unexpected. Thanks for a wonderful family dinner, and making my daughter feel special on her birthday!

Not to detract from the food, everything is solid but the mandarin pork chops and peking duck really stood out tonight!

Dim Sum Palace food is totally authentic and they make everything fresh right in the house. You have to try the roast pork—it is unbelievably good. A combination of crispy and juicy meat make it perfect. All their dim sum is delicious, but the siu mai (the pork and shrimp dumplings) are a special favorite; they are so fresh and flavorful. If you want real, high-quality Chinese food, this is the place to go.
