Best dim sum restaurant in the greater Baltimore area. My husband said the vibe felt so authentic that he wanted to rinse the plates and bowls with hot water before we started eating--a common and routine habit for those who dined in China's restaurants. Great staff as well. Note that if you want the experience of the dim sum carts, they are available during lunch only.
This restaurant has become our go to place for Dimsum since we discovered it about a year ago. Very popular on weekends the restaurant staff is always very quick to get everyone seated and on to the Dimsum feast. The carts keep coming with delectable dishes and it’s always a treat to see what’s on the cart. The steamed dumplings, rolls, buns, stuffed eggplant and custard tart are some of our favorites. Service is outstanding and it’s always a very satisfying experience....
After several attempts, we finally arrived at Dimsum Palace before it opened (and the subsequent accompaning crowds) and managed to be seated immediately.
The room is open, with clean lines, simple adorations, well-lit and welcoming. The tables were all perfectly set and as we came it, the room looked perfect.
Our server greeted us promptly, offered us beverages, including a choice of different pots of tea. We choose jasmine.
