Makaila has been great and I would recommend the restaurant to all of my friends ?
The food is so good but overpriced ?. I had the brunch burger and wings . Everything was flavorful and cooked well. I would come back with extra money.
Food was mediocre and overpriced. $32 for lobster rolls that were filled with lobster salad that may or may not have contained real lobster. Service started off great but quickly declined as our server did not return to check on us, fill waters, or bring the check. We were able to find a different server to help locate ours so it may vary between servers. Having previously worked as a server I like to tip well. However, I would not have left the 18% that was automatically charged on my bill.

This place is very mediocre! Food is ridiculously priced and the drinks are awful. The bartenders are rude and unprofessional.

This restaurant just isn’t ready yet , it has great potential but besides being instagram aesthetic worthy it’s just under performing. To begin when you walk in it has a funny smell like old wash rags . The food is mostly good nothing great , weekend service takes forever unfortunately I think they’re understaffed, what was mind blowing was the amount of supervision and management just standing around and not assisting while observing the lack of timely service , lol in fact they were actually eating & congregating as opposed to pitching in. The appetizers are a rip off , literally the smallest portions you could bring to a table it was unbelievable. The restaurant actually isn’t that large , and considering the amount of personnel we saw maybe they actually aren’t under staffed but for what ever reason all the dishes came out cold and one was mildly warm . We had margaritas which were ok on alcohol content but weren’t really mixed well , they were more like alcohol infused waters , and to top it off my server spilled food on me and my phone. Unbelievable night , but I can say this the server was polite and tried her best & when speaking with management he was polite as well. Overall this place just need serious through improvements , it has potential, it just seems like a quick put together . To top it off it doesn’t matter how good your experience is personally, a gratuity of 18% will be add automatically to your bill. Hopefully they get it together because if you go now it will be a disappointing experience. Really don’t like posting these type reviews, hopefully they just get some good coaching, work on some service details increase the quality of some food items and work on professionalism.

I came in with a party of 18 last night and my waiter couldn’t have been more inconsiderate. With the prices this restaurant has the service 100% does not match. Gratuity came out to be $138, but if it was up to me I would’ve made sure it was $0.38. When people come out to have a good time and spend their money with you you should treasure that because you never know what they had to go through to get there, and it truly showed our waiter did not care at all.

Came in for a sponsored happy hour and was disappointed! They decided that folks on the happy hour list didn’t deserve real glassware and gave us plastic cups. The drinks were terribly made! Lime juice doesn’t go in a cosmo or a lemon drop!!!!
Food is priced ridiculously 17.00 for 8 boneless wings is absurd.

The place has a nice vibe. I was there for lunch and it was not very busy so I was worried. I had the burger and fries to keep it simple, and they were top-shelf. I had a Old-fashioned to drink with it, and it was well made as well. Since I was 1 of maybe 4 people there, the service left nothing to be desired and capped off a great lunch.

Went on a Saturday afternoon and sat across at the bar on the water. 1 poor bartender/server who had to run across the street to run each individual credit card, and to pick up each order (separate trips). He explained he could only make a couple of drinks and most of the food in the menu was not available out there. Felt bad for the guy but he could have made the best of it - he did not.

Good vibes and scenery, but the food tasted microwaved, small portions, overpriced. The drinks are amazing!! Great cocktail night for the girls.
